I normally get my food to go, and it isn’t a far drive from here to home, however, taco’s are definitely not cook to order, and are either falling apart (due to grease) or extremely crunchy and stale (from sitting under a heat lamp past the time they are supposed to be sold to a customer). The time getting my food to me was reasonable when parking in the front after being prompted to, and customer service was great!
If the food was as good as the service, they would get a 5 stars and I would go back

Let me start by saying this is my favorite jack in the box in this area. Today I made a big order via drive thru. I got 4 chicken sandwiches a double jack combo some chicken wraps i also got 2 fries and some drinks. When I got home I noticed we didn’t get the double jack burger and fries. The chicken sandwiches had no mayo and had lettuce stems in 2 of the sandwiches. The chicken wraps were great. I spent 64 dollars and didn’t get a whole combo and the food was mediocre to say the least. Very disappointing.

Semi Truck red and white says McLane on the side of it parks in front of the store blocking handicap parking and half the drive thru. I asked the driver to move so my wife and I could leave he said he’d be 10 minutes I said I’d call the police to make him move, he said go for it and laughed at me. This is RIDICULOUS there’s no need for this semi in this parking lot at lunch time.

(9/3 @850pm) I haven’t visited this location in quite some time, but it truly warmed my heart to see such wonderful service. The young lady at the drive-thru was remarkable; if she’s not a manager, she certainly deserves to be recognized for her exceptional customer service. The young gentleman taking orders was equally friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the night shift employees for your hard work and dedication—it’s truly appreciated!

First off, their drive through was shut down which caused everyone to have to go inside while the employees sat on the rocks in a circle outside.
Upon entering the store (10/17 @ 9pm-ish), I watched a woman’s bag rip in half as she was walking out and all of her food went all over the floor. You could see she was embarrassed even though it wasn’t her fault they overstuffed the bag. She asked if the food could be remade. The jerk at the register raised his voice and caused a scene embarrassing this woman even more. He scooped up the food dramatically and tossed it in the trash and kept glaring at tge woman and shaking his head. He was so loudly rude it caused his sweet coworker to usher him out and she took over.
I frequest this establishment often. If i see him working, I will walk out now. It was absolutely uncalled for.

Oh my goodness, where do you want me to start. Went inside to order went to the restroom first men’s room, that is. What a pigsty the commode was full of you know what and TP the garbage cans were overfilling and it smells. I ordered three egg rolls nothing to drink got my order and was leaving as I walked to my car there was a white car parked next to me and a Jack In The Box employee female that is got out of the car and I clearly saw her throw the coke cup large one on the ground. I just looked at her and said, “You work here.” She had the nerve to ask me that that fell out of my car, and I go know you threw that out of the car on the ground. So she picks up the cup of opens, and her driver’s door puts it in there and walks into the store. This was ugly the sign says let us know if there’s something by Passenger did that and they did nothing about it on a scale of 1 to 10 it’s definitely gets a 2 come on Jack do better than this you should be embarrassed.

Only reason we come here is because it’s the closest Jack’s to us. My son is autistic and loves tenders and nuggets. So when he asks I come here. But it never fails. The service sucks. Impolite when asking me to wait. I pulled up and I was told ” your gonna have to give me a moment.” Um no I don’t gotta give you nothing. It’s your job to give me respect as a customer when asking me to be patient. I should have said, but I’m no Karen. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. Several times the wait is ridiculous even when I’m the only car in line. Worst service ever and it never and it never improves. My son is the only reason I return and because there is no other location closer

I went there this morning and the lady was so rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce and then gave me the one sauce that I didn’t ask for and like five of them and I know she did on purpose because she was being rude. The food.

Waited in line 45 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. When I got the food it was ice cold. 6 tacos that were partially fried. Cheese wasn’t even melted. We have had several bad experiences with this location. Will not be back
