The woman working the drive through stopped in the middle of taking our order multiple times, we could hear loud laughter in the background so I assume she was having a conversation with a coworker. She got our order wrong (probably because she was not listening while taking it) and when we tried to correct her (which took multiple attempts as she was not paying attention) she became argumentative that *we* were wrong about what we had ordered. Ended up leaving without food. Totally understand having fun and joking at work but it would have been preferred if we just had to wait a little longer for initial service and were able to actually be served by an attentive employee than be treated poorly and made to feel like we were interrupting by trying to order.

Usually decent until today’s visit.

Pull up to drive through, guy can’t hear me and all I hear in the background is a banger of a party going on inside the store.

Pull up to window, get told to pull forward for “hot and fresh food” okay sure.

Burger ends up having ungodly amounts of onion even though I asked for none. Fries are colder than winter on steroids. Get it together.

We went through the drive-thru and just got home, about a half an hour away. We had ordered two Number One meals, which are the Big Mac Meals. We get home, and I open the bag. Instead of Big Macs, we were given two six-piece McNuggets and only one fry container. Shame on us for not checking the order before we drove away!! Twenty bucks for 12 McNuggets!!! Ridiculous!!! Then I try calling the number to the restaurant and it doesn’t even ring, it just hangs up!!!

I just want to update my review and say I have read others reviews. This location is amazingly solid and consistent. How many has this location served.? I have eaten here embassing so much, my orders are always perfect. Management here does an amazing job. Please Management don’t let negative reviews get in your head. No one is perfect especially when it get busy. This is a great McDonald’s and lots of people appreciate you.
Oregon Pike is an outstanding McDonald’s. This location may be the best in state. Honestly its probably top 20 in America. Thank you for making it great every time I want McDonald’s.

My mother and aunt treat themselves to the pancake and sausage meal every Sunday morning. Last week the sausage patty was missing- no biggie. This week once again it was missing. My elderly aunt drove back to request the missing patty. They basically threw a sausage patty in a bag then at her. NO APOLOGY. Rude. I told her to call and speak to the manager. It was THE MANAGER who did that to her!! Pathetic. No respect. My aunt says the drive thru staff are always kind and friendly which is the only positive note on this dump. Check yourself, Ma’am. You know who you are.

Once again employees at this McDonalds do not pay attention to special requests. Catsup only on a burger means catsup only. Your wrong burger is now in my trash can. And why do you have a phone number, if no one answers it. Terrible customer service.

The manager (darker hispanic male maybe.. red shirt with a tie … gave me cold fries.) had an attitude when he took them back. He was rude. And what type of MANAGER..knowingly hands out cold food? My burger was also bad.. the pickles were weirdly put in the box on the side of my big mac and my burger patties were all broken up and slightly burnt???? What do yall got going on?????

Well I been here a couple times no problems. But today… I stopped on my way to job. Was eating the fries as I was driving. Got to my job site and grabbed my big mac. By the third bite I tasted one of the most horrible tasting things I have tasted in a long time. A rotten pickle.. I didn’t even know pickles could go bad like that. So I called the store no answer (makes sense it was lunch rush) called the 800 number in receipt reported it. Then after my job go to return it. The manager is looking at me like I am crazy opens it up like he thinks I am lying. Which the pickle was on the bottom. Was like what do you want. I then pulled out my phone to show him the pictures which then he changed his demeanor towards me. Some serious BS people. Got my money back.
