I stopped eating at this location a while ago for a few reasons.. came in person to get 2 kids avoyumm bowls… which one of them they didn’t put the avocado on? And quite often is the avocado is discolored and or old.. they used to give at least 3 slices in the bowl considering it’s just avo/rice/cheese/sauce, but since has changed.. I tried to call to express my issue and got offered 20% off my next visit but I don’t come here often enough, and now I have a bowl going uneaten which just means money is wasted.. sigh. I tried to give them another shot and it didn’t work out.. seems strange to have to contact a manager and wait for a call back however many days later instead of just giving a refund same day for the mess up? People here are nice though and it’s typically quick service ant this location overall. But it’s hit or miss if your order will be correct, especially to go, so if you get food to go make sure to check it before leaving the store.

Quick service with dine in or to go very convenient to pre order. I feel good about eating here for a fast bite instead of fast food places because I can actually see what is going in my food. Very tasty and will continue to come back here. Consistent through most locations.

I went to Cafe yum and called them from outside. I have been in this location before. I have a mentally disabled person in my car and could not go in. I ordered over to the phone they ran out. Got my debit card, took it inside charged it brought my food and my drink out to my car. Exceptional exceptional service.!!

Yummy! I’m not a vegetarian or health nut by any means, but this place is on point. Tasty bowls with all the best ingredients all mixed up. The right amount of crunch, sauce, and fresh ess. You can add chicken or tofu to make it a little better. Sauces give it flavor and more yumminess. Highly recommended!

My large bowl wasn’t full. It was expensive for basically rice beans and tomatoes.
I ordered a very expensive quac and got a condiment container full. Super lame. The chips that came with were too salty to eat.
The tofu skewer was chewy and inedible. Akin to styrofoam.

I ordered online from DoorDash and my food portion was very small. The small bowl wasn’t nearly filling the container This has happened several times in the past and I have left reviews through door dash and not heard anything back. I’ve been coming here for years and like the food however, this inconsistency in Service is not good.

My only complaint is the fact that I received literally 6 tortilla chips when paying an extra $2.50. That is absurd and absolutely ridiculous. 6 tortilla chips is less than 2 small tortillas. Lost my business.
