Great atmosphere for watching your favorite sporting event. Plenty of space to grab a seating next to your team playing. The staff was great and friendly during our visit.

Our waitress, Amber, was so friendly & professional. She had great recommendations, prompt service, and genuinely fun. Appreciate the 2×24 deal and $5 tall draft specials. The tots are exceptional. I would recommend a flight of hot wings, one of every flavor, as a special offer so everyone can appreciate all of the different signature sauces.

Incredibly long wait times all around. Took us about 10/15 minutes from the time we sat down to the time our order was taken. An additional 50 minutes for our food to come out. We actually had to flag our waitress down for an explanation. When food was brought out, wings(bone-in)were overcooked. Either the place was understaffed or the crew needs more teamwork effort.

First time in years since I’ve been back. We went for the new $19.99 deal after seeing two different reviews of the Cheese burger. We were the first in for lunch. I got the burger my son got the crispy chicken sandwich. I forgot to change the cheese to cheddar because as I mentioned in another review, I seriously don’t like American cheese on burgers. The combination of the salt from the cheese and the vinegar almost pushed my salt flavor limit. But ultimately it was great. But… The soft pillowy brioche bun was dry, unfortunately it was the same in one of the reviews I watched. The wedged fries were AWESOME. The wedged fries were the best I’ve had in year’s, but the side of ranch might have helped though. Pillowy inside though. The ketchup bottle was empty, so I was grateful when I seen the ranch came free on the side. I sat the ketchup bottle on the edge to be refilled but was passed up for drink refills. I noticed the ranch and put the ketchup back. After we order, the crowd flooded in. It took a moment to get our food but was worth it.y son took a bit of this chicken sandwich and the juice flew out, as well did my burger. Experience, 8.2 out of 10. Food was 8.9 out of 10 (due to the bun and American cheese, otherwise it would have been a 9.2). Service was an 8.9 out of 10.she was on it, but the empty ketchup and totally passing it up. But she was on it when people flooded in by herself. But take in account we were first for lunch. Also, your tip depends on my drink never being empty. (Worked in the food industry all my working years.) $21.74 total and a $5 tip suggested was $4.70 for 22% gratuity. So… Definitely going again for the wedged fries and to try the burger again without cheese or with cheddar cheese instead. My son said he liked the chicken sandwich over Chili’s slightly too. The burger and chicken sandwich look smaller than Chili’s chicken and smasher burger, but I actually got full full. MSG?, because with soup, more fries and the smasher at Chili’s including the cheesecake I leave thinking about the $1 taco truck on March ln passing Food4Less. But I was halfway done with this burger when I fell stuffed forcing myself to finish because I don’t take leftovers home. (Evidence ). As I mentioned I would come for the wedges fries alone, and ranch, definitely together. Wide open plenty of seating and TVs. Seat yourself when we went. Put that in because my son picked a spot where we were alone and three guys came up and sat right behind us with the whole restaurant open at that time. So much for a quit lunch… Restaurant, it was a joke. But still, right next to us in a fully open restaurant? Why? I kind of wanted to see what they call street taco’s sometime. In the end, well worth it.

Today my coworker and I went in for lunch and when I tell you the service and food were impeccable, it was beyond awesome. Tory our server met and exceeded needs. It was by any means delightful. I just want to say thank you Tory and staff. I will be back soon.

I did an online order. This was my first time either eating at this restaurant or ordering online. I went with the boneless wings, not exactly hard to mess up.
Overall, the wings were good, but pretty much the same you would get at any Buffalo Wild Wings.
When I arrive to pick up my order, I was greeted at the front by the manager who said it would be just a couple of minutes and that’s pretty much all it took. It was nice. They seem like they were on top of it. I would order online again .

I asked for a Strawberry Lemonade no ice because I had a sore throat, and I only received half of my cup full, the waitress was kind enough to explain that they measure everything out before serving it. but $5 for a 6-8oz Lemonade is ridiculous. no other place does this. The bacon patty melt I ordered was really good and the rest of our party seemed pleased with their order.

This place has gone downhill, as it has absolutely cratered over the last few years. Food was unusually badly cooked, wings were petrified, dehydrated dry and tenders meant it when they said “blackened”, food sent back, service took forever, the totally checked out manager and bartender were literally passing/handling an employee’s kitten around then went to making drinks HANDS UNWASHED, the whole operation is in the weeds and underwater. It’s sad to see, but they did it to themselves, there’s clearly no leadership at this filthy location. What the heck can the ownership be thinking being this out of touch with their business, they must be hemorrhaging locals. We finally gave up on this location, which is sad as lifelong Stockton residents.

Very poor experience. Food was under portioned, cold, and customer service was horrible! Waitress told us that our items were all on happy hour in the end I ended up with a 70$ bill and food that was not worth it! Also the waitress kept my change.! I will never return to Buffalo Wild Wings.!

Oh wow, Buffalo Wild Wings really nailed the “help yourself” concept. Online orders? Just stroll in and grab whatever bag you want off the rack. No staff, no questions, no proof. Who needs security or customer service, right? Free-for-all chicken wings, let’s go.
And don’t forget, they still want tips for… what exactly? For standing around looking miserable? For rolling their eyes when you ask a question? Legendary service.
The bar is even better. Same bartender I’ve seen for years and apparently the job description is “only serve your regulars, ignore everyone else.” Amazing skill set. Truly inspiring.
So if you love bad attitudes and the thrill of wondering whether you actually grabbed your own food or someone else’s, this is the place. But hey, at least you’ll save money when you stop tipping.
