We stopped in for Friday date night and had a nice evening. Seating outside would have suited us better due to sound levels of the band but found a nice table either way.
Pepperoni pinwheels extremely tasty. We ordered 5th Avenue tenderloin and double smash burger and both were delicious.
Onion rings held their own. French onion soup tasteful as well but a bit spoiled by other presentations of it. Service was excellent and will definitely be back.

5th Ave. Bar and Grill is my new go to for great food. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The food is amazing. My favorites are the Smash burgers and the Italian beef Sandwich but everything I have tried has been great. They are also on Doordash so it is a convenient option for quick great meal on busy weekdays!

AMAZING wings and smash burgers. Actually the best I’ve ever had. I had the french onion smash burger and it was perfect. The burger was flavorful and the portion was perfect. I also had the flame fries which tasted like a gourmet version of In N Out animal style fries. They were also the best fries I’ve ever had. As an appetizer, we had Dr Pepper BBQ wings made traditionally, which means they’re thrown on the grill after being tossed in the sauce. The extra char, adds an additional flavor that I’ll probably never find anywhere else. Prices are also very reasonable. Compared to what I pay to eat in Chicago, this was an absolute bargain. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to come back next year for the NASCAR race.

for our apps we got mushrooms and fried pickles which were very good! i loved the mushrooms especially! for my entree i got garlic parm wings which were very garlicky, not really my favorite. my dad did get a pork tenderloin sandwich and he said it was amazing! i really loved our waiter too!!
