First time there. Really loved the entire experience. Not a large place which makes it even better for me. Couple of beers at bar before dinner with a very good bartender. They have a singer who does Sinatra, Bennett, Dean and more and he is OUTSTANDING. Food was fabulous as was our server. Gotta get there again before summer before the crowds arrive.

Had dinner here located in wildwood small Italian restaurant. Live music was nice and had some of the best mussels I’ve ever had. Were very soft and cooked to perfection! Drinks were good too. Gnocchi was excellent as well.

I went here last minute without a reservation for thanksgiving dinner and sat at the bar. First, the Christmas decorations are fabulous. The entire restaurant just feels so festive. Second the bar staff were completely busy nonstop but it didn’t stop them from constantly checking in and providing great service. Finally, the turkey dinner- I have never had such moist turkey in my life. Everything from the stuffing to the mashed potatoes to the green beans to the sweet potatoes was delicious. The price fixed menu also came with soup and a dessert. Well worth the money. Will definitely be back.

Fun family friendly place to enjoy food and live music.
We came out to have our last night out at Cape May. Place was recommended by a local. We were not disappointed!
We had reservations and were seated promptly. Yet we had to wait about 40 minutes for a server. We noticed the place was busy, so we stayed optimistic and once Tommy, our server finally made his way to our table he was on point and on task to ensure our stay was a great experience. He was working hard we could see and made sure all guests under his wings were well taken care of.
Tommy sure was the powerhouse a restaurant needs for success. You can have the best fare but the wait staff is the key to make everything complete.
Tommy was fun, polite, funny, knowledgeable and an all around good sport.
Food. My food was great! I had the full size Gnocchi with crab meat. Good sauce with a good amount of meat. The Gnocchi though were the bomb. Fluffy like little clouds and very tasty.
The wife had the pasta Primavera. It was good, but the sauce was a bit too watery. Very buttery. More like a soup. A complaint one would think is a bit odd, but the portion was too big. This bowl of pasta and veggies was even too big if I would have ordered it for just myself and I can eat like a competitive eater…
Either way, the bread service is excellent! Great crusty but soft bread with the “secret sauce” dipping oil. It was so good we ordered double and got a bottle of the dipping oil to take home.
Deserts: I had their Tiramisu, which I will order in every Italian place when on the menu. It was great!
Wife had the Dark Chocolate Mint Truffle. Was also great, but also a giant portion. The wife had to call defeat half way through.
In short. Great experience with great food, fun music, an excellent server, and plenty of people watching. Everyone in the place seemed to have a great time. It felt like walking into a party we were crashing. Not in a bad way.

Candlelit dinner, beautiful atmosphere and amazing food. This is coming from someone who usually gets italian from the garden of grape-adjacent plants, so to say this blew my mind is an understatement. The clams casino, pasta fagioli, and even the olive oil for the bread were great, and the early bird special was a good value. The drinks were well made. 4 stars for food since I wish the portions were bigger but I understand that with the early bird special, plus being in season, they can’t give you a mountain of pasta to take home . I look forward to going in the off season.

Above average food. Everything wa good from the pesto bread dip to the Alfredo. The filet was literally cooked to perfection. The ravioli were amazing. Overall it was a great restaurant. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that for me, my wife, and my 11 year old child it was over $200. I’d still go back though.

I’ve been to Duffinettis multiple times, there probably isn’t a more welcoming, home feeling place on the entire Island..most of the time the food is fantastic..my last visit was alittle off, I didn’t get exactly what I ordered but I hate sending back expensive food especially at a small family restaurant..I made it work but my daughter’s salad was definitely what I would consider unacceptable..it was just chopped lettuce and she had to ask for dressing.. I realize salad is just chopped lettuce but it was just zero effort for a $15 salad.. ‍♂️
I’ll go back, I feel like it was just an off night for them

Really nice family owned Italian restaurant. Easily accommodated our party of six on a Friday night. Apps, salads and entrees were all terrific. Deserts were also great. They also had some live music playing which is a nice added touch. It was the best Italian food we had all week. Definitely going back next year….we went back again and it was just as good! Awesome cocktails, apps and salads. Entrees were all terrific. OK…third year in a row!!! Another great meal for a big family vacation crew. Super accomodative people and great environment for the young ones
