Worst customer service of all time lmao. Slowest Mcdonald’s ever and the employees are always rude every time I go. Bigger lady with braids and glasses gave us the worst attitude. Not sure what was going on with her?? I really hope she’s not a manager because boyyyy did she suck lol! Nobody in the drive thru so we went thinking it was okay because our car is down right now. She told us to go doordash I tried to explain to her we had already placed an order but she ignored me! Money hungry Mcdonald’s lol I hope she gets fired

I ordered a coffee and waited over 15 minutes. Finally, they simply told me the coffee machine wasn’t working. And no one even thought to apologize. I wasted my time on the road and waiting in vain.

Thr drive thru is always full do I decided to go inside as I so often do to order. I orders a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. They were so fucused in getting orders out of drive thru that my order got messed up. I ended up with a quarter pounder with cheese and no bacon. My lunch is only 39 min and it took me 15 to drive there, order, and get my food. By the time I got bak toneork I had 5 min to eat and clock in. Is it really worth bringing it back? Absolutely not!! Sorry McDonalds you are mormally 4 stars for me, but tody you totally missed the mark.

Came here at 12:20AM and there was a man and women working there. We had a simple order of a large drink. The man only filled the cup half way and walked away immediately as I tried to get his attention, we waited another 3-5 minutes before the lady asked us “what’s the problem” aand when we asked for her to fill the drink, she said “what’s?!” And after repeating myself, she said “I’m not touching that cup” and proceeded to give us a half filled small cup to top off my own drink. Very bad service from these two individuals that worked here on Aug 5, 2025 at 12:20AM. Never coming back.
