Already whenever I come by the staff is always difficult but tonight I ordered a dubai strawberry cup online while driving about 2 min out I got a text saying my order was ready. Bf went in got the cup it took a minute bc it was in fact not ready. Then they just gave me a chocolate cup when I paid for a dubai cup and then my bf went back in and it was another 5 minutes before he came out with the same strawberry cup and another soup cup of all the pistachio toppings and no lid kinda just a mess and I’m not pleased with this location

be very careful i got food poisoning! from the lobster bisque notified the store they did not seem to care one bit ! then they want to send me a 1,000 points on the app no i apologize nothing ! that is all i ate . but it was very disappointed to think they don’t care about the customer. i missed work cause i was pretty much pucking out both ends and conld not keep anything down and the pain in my stomach i thought seriously i was dieing!!! i have heard from many other this has also happened! i dont think i will be taking my money here no longer!

Normally I avoid fast casual restaurants like this. Typically they are more expensive for what you get and I’m inclined to go somewhere I can be seated and waited on if I’m going to pay the money or A quick service restaurant if I’m in a hurry or taking it to go. Anyhow a friend wanted to go here and I tried the new curry soup and loved it. The grilled cheese was not bad either. Wifey wanted the special peppermint chocolate strawberry drink but at $12 I was shocked. Food is good but I knocked down a couple stars as the crew (a giant one) was rather confused and uncorinated all around. A sandwich I ordered didn’t even get going before I reached the end which was ok because it was to go but the lack of it at the end confused even me. The assembly line process seemed overkill and excessive and required me to repeat what I ordered several times. It’s obvious why their prices are so high. Way too many cooks in the kitchen. S dozen people doing what 1-2 could do easily and more efficiently.

Delicious salsas and fast friendly service. The bonus roll and chocolate covered strawberry was a nice touch. The bbq chicken salad was really good. The “regular” size made a nice lunch portion.

Mykelle welcomed us in and was so helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. She was a delight and so bubbly and helpful. Drake was very knowledgeable and helpful with our soup order. Corlin assembled our meal and made sure we knew where silverware was. A very helpful team! Dining room is clean and staff helped me when the vanilla wouldn’t work. Thank you, Bountiful Zupas!

I really love Zupas staff is always great everywhere. I usually go to the station park location and absolutely love it. This was my first time at this location and I sadly was not impressed. They double charged me for an item and gave me two of the wrong soups ! I’m sure it was an honest mistake I’m just used to a perfect experience with Zupas

This specific Zupas is no worse than others. The food is always great. The service is always doing the best they can. It’s not their fault. Every Zupas has the same workflow problem. It’s especially bad if you’re ordering for a group. I always have to order at least twice. Often I have to explain the order three or four times. I generally try to stay positive but the workflow in all Zupas drives me crazy! Perhaps it’s to allow for the most flexibility when ordering, but, for me, it’s chaotic.

HIGH TURNOVER RATE of employees. We order office lunch here at least once a week and today’s order was astronomical wrong. Not only did multiple meals come without the standard proteins, NONE of our orders came as requested. Almost every meal was missing the strawberries and rolls. And the rolls that were remembered were hard enough to bang on the table and not break. This location continues to make the food incorrectly, almost worth the five to just go to the Farmington location.

Would like to see prices go way down and quality up. This was my first experience here and it was just OK. Presentation was not appetizing(wish I took a photo), food was good, but my rice bowl, soft drink and chocolate strawberry cup was $30. That’s borderline crazy.
