Tonight we ordered from you all through doordash and this was made an experience that has made me hesitant to both visit your restaurant again (which is hate because it is typically very good) and to order deliver from you all (this will very likely be the last). The food we received tonight was so bad that we couldnt eat it and after paying $80, still had to go find something else to eat.
Trio 1: For wonton tacos the slaw and sauce to be on the side, also paid for extra sauce for the tacos. We received no slaw or sauce.
Trio 2: The Tacos were soggy as the liquid fron the sauce got everywhere. There was a time when I ordered from you all and received the tacos disassembled. That meal was thoroughly enjoyed, this went in the trash.
Caesar Salad: This salad was so covered in dressing that it was inedible, the lettuce was soaked to the point of sogginess.
Prime Rib Dipper: The meat was completely burnt.
This was by far the most disappointing meal Ive received from you all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress ( Rashida H ) treated me differently than other guests and completely ignored me when I politely asked for a drink refill. It was uncomfortable and came across as discriminatory behavior. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect when dining out, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how staff treat their customers.

Meet Dylan bartending and waiting the high tables. Great personality, friendly guy. Service was fast, seems all hands on deck were contributing to the overall customer satisfaction. As a regular customer of Applebee’s I’d say the standard was met!!!

I called in to let them know that I placed a mobile order. And that the day before, they didn’t put anything in my containers. I even ordered extra spending even more money just so I could make sure I had enough. My containers of cheese was still empty or barely half full. I’ll never order from here again

My wife and I have dinner here about every other week and have always had great service and food but today was totally different. To begin with we could hardly hear our wait person because they talked in a low voice. We ordered our drinks and appetizer while looking at the menu, appetizer was not very warm .
We ordered our food and it was also not even warm. We told our wait person then the manager came over and when we told him all he said was “I apologize and we will do better next time and make sure it’s hot for you. “
They might not have another chance to make sure that it’s hot.

Went to Applebee’s around September 20. The host set us down and we waited and waited for someone to actually help us. Our waiter, He waited perfectly on the customers behind us and in front of us, but we were like the step children that he could care less about, and so we waited for a food. We waited for our drinks. We had other workers bring our stuff to us. The manager he came with our food and had this rag on the corner of inside the plate, and it left a mark on the plate with my food. Mind you the manager shirt is filthy and he comes with a plate with a rag on the side. Yuck and the steak taste like it’s been microwaved. Told the waiter and he brings out the cook, the cook comes out with his arms folded asking what was wrong with an attitude. so we just decided to leave. Paid for the food actually gave the waiter a tip which didn’t deserve it. Worst experience ever. Called back to get a refund because I think I deserved a refund didn’t even take any food with me and that’s unusual of me. The manager that I talked to about the refund was probably the guy with the dirty shirt and said I was going to get a refund of course never received it. Kind of figured. I ate two spoonfuls of the chicken pasta and a bite of the steak and left everything on the plate. Where did that towel come from that was on the corner inside of the plate? And everybody had attitudes that night I don’t know what was going on but attitudes. Never had any issues before and that was one of the places I like to go after work. Very disappointed will never return. I’m sure they don’t care and it shows.

I got their 3 appetizers for $15 special.
I got a double order of the Wonton Tacos which is a personal favorite. With the 3 for $15 special you get 3 Wonton tacos per slot. So 3 for $5 which means I got 6 for $10 (which would normally be 4 for $10.)
For my third appetizer, I got their new fried pickles. For those you get about 2/5ths of the regular order. Which was just as well since they had a fishy taste. I mentioned it to the waiter. He mentioned it to the manager on duty who said they probably need to change their frying oil.
The night I was there a couple at the table across from me had a hissy fit. The waiter told them they could probably swap one menu item for another, the cook said no, the bartender disagreed and the manager comped their food.
I was doing some work on my Chromebook, so it was just a bit of a distraction. So I gave the atmosphere a 3. I would have given it a 2 but I have been to this Applebee’s location and it’s usually ok.
All in all, the wonton tacos were great. If the pickles were norm for the franchise, definitely skip them. Though I’d like to know others opinions on that. They may have just had a bad day or a bad cook or don’t clean their cooking grease vat often enough. Regardless, maybe a triple batch of chicken wonton tacos next time? Yum!

Cooking With A Purpose
We visited this location on 5/14/2024. When we stepped through the door we were greeted and the host took us to our table. Our waiter name was Norman aka Monty. Monty was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, great, awesome, down to earth, relatable, funny and very respectful. He made our experience great. Also, the manager Scarleet was working the floor, walking around checking on tables, asking how everyone was doing and asking about the service that was provided. That alone made the experience great also, because I rarely see managers walking the floor, working the floor and check on customers, here on the Coast. The staff was very friendly, respectful and awesome (They even were asking how we were doing and told us to have a great day upon leaving)! The business was super clean and the food was on point. Now let’s talk about the food! I really don’t care for Applebee’s food at all, but this location, the waiter, the manager and the food changed my mind. My wife and I had the southwest chicken bowls and our daughter had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. I only have one photo of the SW chicken bowl, sorry! But the food was delicious, wonderful, seasoned well, cooked to perfection and our food was fresh when we received it. The serving portion of each dish was a nice size and we had enough for leftovers. I know there’s a few bad reviews, however visit the location for yourself and you judge based off of your experience. I would highly recommend this location! Thank you for the awesome food, service and experience to the whole staff and crew at Applebee’s! We will definitely be a regular!
