Amazing Indian Food! My wife and I stopped in for dinner at Indigma while in Baltimore for a holiday performance last Sunday. We hadn’t planned to go there for dinner but are so glad we did! The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. Our server was the owner and he was amazing. He provided menu recommendations, all of which which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had Avocado Mango Chaat as a starter, Chicken Masala (with rice) and Garlic Naan for our main, and an amazing Crème Brûlée. Everything was delicious. The Naan was fresh made – a real treat. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner.

From the service and atmospheric lighting and table settings to the food and dessert the experience was wonderful. Went on a Thursday night for my birthday and had the whole restaurant to ourselves, which was great but also wanted to leave a review to encourage others to check this place out. Everything tasted (and looked) great and the cardamom crème brûlée was the best I’ve had.

I really enjoyed the sizzler plate, and the open faced samosa was EXTREMELY flavorful! The crème brûlée was the best I have had. I see why it is award winning. Very good combination of cardamom and salted caramel flavors.

Indigma is an outstanding Indian restaurant. All of the food is amazing. The staff is very kind and willing to recommend or accommodate various tastes/spice levels. The Gobi Manchurian is out of this world. 11/10 recommend.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. I was reluctant because I didn’t want to rush my experience but I’m so glad I was patient. Not only was there service top tier. The food was excellent. The flavors were balanced to perfection in bot of the dishes. I had the lamb biryani…ohhhh man! It was so delicious! This is a must go if you like to eat at all and a non negotiable if you like Indian food. Happy eating.

Indigma is absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this creative Indian fusion restaurant – we celebrated my husband’s law school graduation here with our family of 11.
The food is cooked fresh after you order. We enjoyed the avocado chaat and open face samosa and curry leaf chili chicken appetizers, okra bindi masala, navaratnam kurma, eggplant poriyal with coconut, goat curry, chicken kebabs with gravy, garlic and plain naan, rice, and gulab jamun.
Everyone enjoyed the flavorful food by Chef Tony and attentive service by our phenomenal server! We will definitely be back!!!!!

The food is uniquely refined and well balanced, with lovely presentation. We had the curry leaf chicken as a starter, and then garlic nan, chicken cheera, and fish Malabari. Each dish was flavorful, nuanced, well spiced yet light. We didn’t feel heavy or overstuffed at the end of the meal. Cardamom creme brulee and rice pudding were rich, creamy, not to sweet. I love that they serve a warm rice pudding. Special note, the mango lassi has just a touch of rosewater. Plus, the service was thoughtful and unobtrusive. We will be back!
