Me and my boyfriend just went to Applebees there in santa rosa, we were waiting for someone to gave us a table, no one say hi, no one was in the front entrance. But it was a lot of workers that just watched us. Some people leave the restaurant after having dinner, they were walking by our side and they said have a good evening. But no one said any word to us they just watched us weird. And when we leave the restaurant one of them, this in the picture just laughed about that. I used to go to that restaurant but not anymore. Bad service today.

Always a good vibe! My family and I love coming here. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food always comes out in a timely manner even when they’re busy. Cat is amazing, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. We always have a great experience!

What a huge difference in our last two visits! We left a very negative a few weeks back. Management got in touch and persuaded us to give them another chance. Wow… what a wonderful experience! Edwin is awesome! He’s friendly, attentive, and makes every visit enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. Our food and drinks were spot on, and he made sure we were taken care of the whole time. We always appreciate great service like his!

Applebees has improved by a lot, but still has a lot to work on. They shrunk their menu, and got rid of all the good stuff like the calamari and pizza.
The service is still pretty slow and the iPads on the table are non responsive. Ours was broken.

Overall pleasant experience. There was a mixup on the service which the server blamed on the fact that i changed my order from a 6 oz steak to an 8 oz steak ( or basically my fault?). We had to ask for utensils… got a fork but had to ask again for a knife when the meal came with my meal coming a full 10 minutes before my wife’s. Our Applebees experiences are usually stellar. Perhaps there was some internal confusion last night or…?
