I usually enjoy CAVA for its fresh ingredients and customizable bowls, but my recent experience was very concerning. While eating, I found pieces of sharp plastic in my wrap that nearly cut my mouth. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious safety hazard.
Food quality and safety should always be the top priority, and this incident left me feeling uneasy about returning. I hope CAVA takes this matter seriously, investigates how this happened, and ensures stricter quality control so that no other customer has to face such a dangerous situation.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome!
They each took time to explain the menu and all the food options and varieties. I also appreciated the different drink options.
Beyond excellent customer service!

First time eating at Cava. What an experience! The two gentlemen that helped us, took us through the whole process of how to build our bowl. They answered all our questions on what each food choice was. Let me tell you… first bite was like awakening of my taste buds!! My bowl was packed full of vibrant flavors! And… on top of it all..at the register I said I’ve got this.. and the lady said “We’ve got this!” I was impressed!! Because of our first time in. Did not expect that! But Thank you Cava!!

Food is made fresh right in front of you. Nice atmosphere, but more of an In-N-Out type of place. Service is always is great! I can always count on Jodi, landon, and Jordan to greet me with a smile and serve my food quickly and how I like it. That Greek chicken Pita hits! Give them a try!

Today Saturday afternoon I ate here. The food was good, but my experience was overshadowed by the way I was treated.
From the moment I walked in, employees were laughing and whispering. After hearing my accent, they commented that I wasn’t from here and continued making remarks between themselves. I felt judged and disrespected for something as simple as the way I speak.
No one should feel uncomfortable or mocked because of their accent. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff treats all customers with basic respect and professionalism.

This place is so good, it’s a way better option than chipotle and a way better option than Chick-fil-A. You will not be disappointed on what you order here we came in close to closing, and the manager was still so kind and helpful to us.
This was our second time here and we love it so much that we’re gonna keep coming back .
This time I tried the steak and it was so much more better than the chicken.
I love to add a whole avocado compared to half and I love the sauces at the end!!

Blue Dog Carpet Cleaning
We really like Cava. This is my fav location because it by one of our offices. The food is good, the facilities are clean, and the staff are pleasant and kind. We were served by Forrest today who was kind and pleasant. It’s nice going to businesses where you can tell the people are happy to see you and happy in their work.
I recommend trying it out if you have never been. Hi Forrest!

After being a loyal customer for over a year, I am extremely disappointed with the sudden change in service at Cava on Brookside. For the past year, I have ordered the same meal three days a week and the staff had always been accommodating, even though it was a kid’s meal. However, this past week, the location has refused to prepare my meal the way I’ve always ordered it, despite my willingness to pay extra. This sudden change in policy and lack of consistency has ruined my dining experience, and I will no longer be patronizing this location. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who values reliable service and customer satisfaction. Even though I could order the exact same meal using the app, I It is not likely I will return to any, due to ridiculous customer service policies.
