Omg, the service at this location is HORRIBLE. Not only do they always give me my food wrong and cold, but there is a manager—and it’s not the first time that I’ve seen how bad he treats his workers—who literally humiliates them in front of customers. Of course, the workers can make mistakes, but there is no need to get after them in front of customers. I never complain about my food because I don’t want to get the workers in trouble . Today was my last time going to that location! The manager’s tag says Jordy; horrible person.

The service here is horrible recently, it used to be good, but now most of the night workers are rude and never greet you properly through the drive-thru. I have to great them first, sometimes three times, before I even get a response back. I work in customer service, so I understand you get tired at night, but that’s no excuse to be rude especially when it’s your job to greet politely. Today I went to get one mini Oreo McFlurry, but they said they weren’t doing any at the moment, so I asked for one of their new frappes instead.
They said their machine for that was being cleaned at the moment which is funny because every time I come a machine is either being cleaned or not working. I understand sometimes that can happen, but at this point they must be lying. Anyway, after they told me this one of the workers said if I wanted lemonade I guess they thought I was asking for that I’m not sure. Regardless, I’m pretty sure you guys don’t have any..after that I just said no then “thank you so much have a great night” and left.
While leaving I passed by the windows and saw with my own eyes two employees physically get happy. I’m assuming it was because we left lol. Again this review is specifically towards night workers. You guys are open 24hrs, so I don’t understand why it’s always such a big issue when someone does come after 11pm. Never in my life have I had to make a review to complain like this, so it says a lot that I’m doing one now. Honestly they need to do a better job at hiring here that’s all I have to say.

Ordered a quarter pounder and it was not checked upon leaving. Upon attempting to eat it was noticed it was very dry. Apparently it was plain(nothing on it). Called and the owner answered. My son did not order it plain. She claims she did not know what my son ordered. He is in his forties so he not a child. An apology was her answer to our problem. Just about called my son a liar. Person did not speak english. My son did not speak spanish.

Food is great when they get your order right. Service is just very slow. Too many non English speakers so you end up having to translate your order. This McDonald’s also always messes up. I have only had about 5 experiences where I did not have to go to the third window nor the waiting sections.

They were out of everything we wanted to order and of course even though the lady at the window was dressed up like a Grandma, they had no Grandma McFlurries because… BINGO…no ice cream. You’re screwed if you don’t know Spanish, so brush up. Also the fish sandwich had a sneeze of tartar sauce on it and the tartar sauce is the only reason to even get the sandwich.

Half the time foods cold if they get the order right, drive thru is chaos, and they will bribe you with free food to get you to leave the drive thru, when you ask them to correct the order they messed up, i dont want someone elses meal i want the meal i ordered.

Ordered 2 Big Mac Combos, 1 with no cheese and 1 with no onions and no pickles but got both combos with everything in it. Tried calling the store that was on the website because the receipt I received was ineligible. Very dissatisfied with this location will never go back again!

Seems this location is out of ketchup most of the time im here. They do realize there is a walmart next door and solve this ketchup shortage. Somewhat ridiculous of management not having enough supplies on a regular basis.
