I’m going to have to give this spot a five star. They have one of the best boil bags in the Richmond area. I did not know when we went. They had karaoke, but the crowd was live. It was nice. It was a great atmosphere and the food was amazing. The drinks were also great and the waitress was the bomb. Of course, a boil bag only takes a few minutes to make so it came out super quick and my lobster was cooked just right. I will definitely be back!

Celebrated a friend’s birthday and it was a good time! I had the loaded Cajun rice, fish and crabcakes! We had oysters and boil bags and THE DRANKS!!! LAWWTY THEM DRANKS!! We stopped to give the bartender his very own tip drill because he was very intentional in making our bday cocktails! Nice ambiance. Clean environment and restrooms. It wasn’t too busy when we went but we did have a little wait for our food and drinks. Overall great vibe!

The Cajun rice was to run too and our waitress ( ms xavier) was #1 with customer service and being attentive to our needs . Please don’t let me forget about the bartender!!! Enough said!!! I had a great time and most definitely enjoyed the food

Food has always been good don’t get me wrong but my nieces have seafood allergies and we come all the time. They bring food from another restaurant due to them being allergic to seafood. But the adults eat seafood. We drive 2 hours away and all of a sudden they can’t bring it inside. The manager was really rude and it was about to be a serious problem! The manager needs to make sure all the employees are all on one accord with rules. I definitely would not be coming back due to the hostile situation.

They have slightly redeemed there selves for my first dine in experience. My entire table ordered the ALL YOU CAN EAT $55.99 deal and honestly it’s tooooo much food! You get (3) fried starters and a seafood boil option. I opted for crab bites, Fried oysters, and wings. Crab bites were good and a decent size & flavor. Fried oysters taste fresh but a little too fried on the batter in areas..overall good. Didn’t even touch my wings because it’s just so much food. For my boil I had (3) servings of crab legs for each choice. which also comes with egg & sausage. I barely could touch my egg, sausage & corn because again it was so much food. Keep in mind they do add tip automatically but it’s less than 20% of the ticket, so you have the option to add more. Also, if one person gets the all you can eat…the entire table needs to order it because they do not want you sharing or leaving with the extra food.

Love their sweet potato fries. That’s all I eat from there. Their to-go box is stuffed with fries, not the crumbs like other companies give you. They are, hands down, delicious .

This is my go-to spot. The food is always delicious whether you like seafood or not. The servers are always so sweet. The drinks are strong, and you usually only need one or two for a great night. DJs are Thurs-Sun. Ladies night is Thursday. Great vibes Friday/Saturday. Karaoke night is Sundays.

Out of the 3 Crafty Crab establishments I’ve visited this one would have to be the cleanest and most efficient. We arrived at a time that wasn’t too busy and we served promptly. Literally after giving Lanicia our order food was brought to our table in 3-5 minutes. She was very courteous and ensured we were satisfied. Coming here on a Friday was awesome because there was a DJ and he was actually good. Will we return? Absolutely.
