We were on our way to another restaurant across town and when we saw Jalisco, we pulled in. Seated quickly for table service, we enjoyed the salsa and quac, both of which had perfect heat. The steak and the pastor are excellent, and all the salsas were the perfect compliment to our meal. This place has a great patio for summer. One note: the crew were extremely kind to a guy with some mental health issues that came in, I was extremely impressed with how they handled that and they deserve that shoutout. This place is very pricey for what you get. The chips and salsa are not free, the cheese queso dip is nacho cheese and not white cheese. The tacos were good but not for the price. I’ve had food truck tacos for cheaper they tasted the same. The service was decent but no one checked on us after the food came out. The soda is also by the can and not unlimited refills. Paid over 50 bucks for 4 tacos, a tostada, and chips.

First of all this place is super clean. I was amazed by how clean it was. The bathroom smelled great. The food was delicious and fast. Best of all, the prices are on point, good for family gatherings. Staff was quick, friendly, and outstanding. I highly recommend it. To think i came in for a quick bathroom break and stayed for the food. I will be back.

The people are awesome — all of them. Always happy to see you, greet you with a smile, happy to serve.
The food most certainly isnt bad, don’t take my opening sentence wrong; I wouldn’t keep coming back otherwise. The food is good, and fairly priced.
There are a few stand-out items on the menu, including the fried tacos (tacos dorados, I believe?), and I like the fajitas as well.
An any/every day lunch stop-type place that won’t leave your wallet thin!

If you are looking for spicy salsa with a torta and a refreshing michelada, then don’t hesitate to stop by El Auténtico Tacos! Great service Rigo helped us out and had a great vibe. I ordered a torta de al pastor and a michelada. Great background music too. If you are looking for an authentic Latino-style restaurant for a meal with a friend or a first date, I would highly recommend this place. When you walk in, make sure you wave at the person at the register to be seated.

Friendly staff and good service. Food is priced appropriately for this type of restaurant and the portions are very generous. Service is usually very quick and the food comes out within a very short time. It is definitely a family oriented restaurant and out go to for Mexican fare.

Best chicken burritos ever. The burritos are a 5 the rice a 4-5 and the beans a 3-4. Their prices are so damn reasonable. I live 45 mins away and sometimes will drive that far just for the burrito! I Will always come back and recommend this place to everyone that I know.

This was our first time coming to this restaurant and it was amazing. Not to exaggerate this was probably the best Mexican spot I’ve had if not one of the best. I had a skirt steak taco dinner with a Jamaica (hibiscus tea flower) drink and it was just how I like it. My wife had birria soup and I tried it. It had great flavor and taste. We both loved it and took some home for the family. Overall it was a great experience, great service, and great food. Definitely will be there again soon.
