Customer service is amazing from the moment you walk in, and the food is easily a 10 out of 10. Yes, it is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality, portions, and flavor make it worth it. If you’re balling, definitely stop by and treat yourself. Me, I can only afford it about once a month but it never disappoints. I’ve had the Italian beef, the burger, and the spaghetti and everything has been consistently amazing. They also carry Mexican sodas, Jarritos, and if you know, you know that just makes it even better. Highly recommend if you’re in the Kalamazoo area and want really good food with great service.

You definitely get to feel of a Chicago Italian Beef joint here. The spicy, homemade giardiniera is a winner and the jus (gravy) is all good. I am less a fan of the Chicago dogs, but that’s not why I go here

I recently had lunch at Ray Ray’s and man was it good! Flame broiled MJ burger with that fire BBQ sauce and fresh cut fries didn’t disappoint!!! I highly recommend making a visit right away! I’ve had quite a few items from the sweetness to the rib tips, they all were

So, I travel the state for my job and often go through Chicago while on my way to visit my kids in Wisconsin: This is not only the best Italian beef I’ve had in all of Michigan, but also in all of Chicago. And no, I’ve not been to every single Chicago Italian beef procurer, but I’ve tried a lot of the “famous” ones.
I got my Italian Beef with just meat and provolone, wet. (Childish tastebuds, I know).
It has perfectly flavored au jus, amazing bread(kept its integrity, mostly) and melt in your mouth beef served with a generous portion.
Hard to get the perfect combo but this place nailed it. Amazing ambiance and very friendly staff, along with a crowd of regulars that’ll all tell you how great this place is.
9.9/10 which sounds like a rookie score but you’ll have to come see for yourself and make that determination.

Found this little gem by accident and glad i did. Travelling for work I am always looking for a good meal. Awesome, friendly people behind the counter. Fresh food, and fresh cut fries with fair portions. Definitely was worth the wait for it. I was told they go to the store daily keeping it fresh, and I believe them. If you haven’t been here make sure to put it on your list.

I really liked the meatball sandwich and rip tips were ok but I wasn’t a big fan for their chili cheese fries, mac & cheese and coleslaw. My husband wasn’t a big fan of his Italian sausage and beef sandwich unfortunately. Banana pudding was ok as well.
Everyone was nice and friendly.
I’d absolutely comeback to try more!

The best! Must Come for yourself. The food is insanely good and the menu diverse.
Each thing I’ve tried has been the best food I’ve had.

Ray Ray’s was highly recommended, and it surely delivered. When I asked for the sandwich to be double dipped, they understood the assignment. The giardiniera peppers were different than what I’m used to, but it was a very good sandwich.

Italian beef is what i went for after reading reviews. I am not local but like to explore. First i have had many in my life. So comparing this one is found wanting. The ajou was good nice flavor the roll was standard. The meat without ajou would be very dry, peppers and onions were ok, so what should have set it off is the home made Giordano, not your typical chicago style it looked appetizing allot of celery, its a dollar extra for hot which i paid but absolutely no bite no flavor did i say no bite. Overall taste was ok but its not a must have, its not a omg sandwich. I wish it was i had high hopes. The bbq looked great reality is no side trip just to try.

A wonderful little hole-in-the wall. A buddy and I made the trek down from Grand Rapids based on word of mouth. As a fan of Chicago beef sandwiches, Ray Ray’s didn’t disappoint. I got their Italian beef & sasauge with a Mountainous side of fries. Everything was delicious. My only criticism is that the sandwich should have been wrapped, so it could actually be eaten as a handheld.
