I usually come to this Taco cabana as its close to home. In September, I sat inside for margaritas and some appetizers. No music, only yelling from management towards staff. The atmosphere was horrible. We picked up some tortillas to go today. The majority of the tortillas were as small as my hand or smaller. This was a joke. Think I’m going to stick to the taco cabana on Camp Bowie. Very friendly and atmosphere was better. Do better Taco Cabana on Seminary and 35

I stopped going to this Taco Cabana about a yr ago due to issues with them getting the order wrong and me finding out when I got home. I went & picked up 1/2 order of Chicken fajitas dinner and two margaritas to celebrate national Margarita day last night (2/22/26). The food was spot on and awesome! The female who I guess is the manager was awesome and really does a good job. Seems like the staff now taking care of customers are fantastic & she really made an EXCELLENT to go order for us. We really enjoyed it. Neighborhood/location will always be dicey and nobody can help that, but the fantastic service that the manager gave us was well worth it. Love TC!

I ordered the steak cabana bowl with easy black beans and easy lettuce. I had him to repeat it back to me but somehow they missed what I asked for. Also, I had jalapeños in my bowl and I do not like jalapeños. I could not eat my bowl. I usually enjoy Taco Cabana’s food but lately they have been messing up my orders. I guess I am going to have to stop coming to Taco Cabana.

The fajita combo for 2 was really good value for the money. Usually you get way more veggies than meat. There was way more meat than veggies. Would order from here again in the future

Beware that when you order 4 bean and cheese taco (the easiest taco there is) they will spread out the beans and cheese for one taco across all four. Also I ordered a side of guacamole and they gave me queso instead. Be very careful going through the drive thru.

Customer service is 90% better than it was years ago. The outdoor and indoor dining was clean. I’ve noticed a few employees forget or purposely not add little things. For example, if you ask for salsa bar items, be sure you receive exactly what you requested. I pay attention to what goes on or with the items I’m ordering. I ordered the kickin nachos. The chips, beans, meat, and toppings were fresh and satisfying. It doesn’t have a lot of meat in my opinion. However, I think it’s worth $11 for the pizza-size box you receive. I opened the box and noticed there were no jalapeños. I had to park and go inside to get jalapeños added. The employee was nice enough to add chopped and whole. Like I said pay attention to what you’re given before leaving the establishment.
Customer service is terrible, and they always seem to forget something. Mobile order was not ready on time, and I had to ask for silverware 3 times. I could tell there was a language barrier, all of the employees had to ask the manager for help in Spanish. For this reason, the manager had to stop cooking to speak to me about my order. If this location doesn’t do better, it may close. I was the only customer inside, no one was in the drive-thur, and no one in curbside pick-up. All of the items I ordered had barely any meat. One lady tried to give me nonfrozen margaritas, glad the manager remade them. Example: when you’re getting a slurpee from the gas station and it first comes out somewhat watery. Often times you have to wait a few seconds for the machine to kick-in. Once my drinks were remade, they tasted great. Sopapilla’s and peach empanadas were good. Churro’s barely had cinnamon on top, yet they were cooked correctly. I feel the manager is employing individuals she truly wants to help. However, she needs to hire another English-speaking employee that can help with customers.

They got both orders wrong. Took them a long time to fix 2 breakfast burritos and an egg n bacon torta. My torta was supposed to be egg n bacon but I ended up with chorizo and egg with beans. Didn’t really have flavor either. It was ok. But I’m used to Taco Cabana being excellent

I got another new Chicken Fajita Bowl this evening and it was filled about 3/4 of the way than it is usually filled. By the way, it appears to miss some lettuce. Other than that, it’s delicious.

The service is horrible had me waiting 29 minites for our food .and there was no body in line to say they were busy..the service there is they need new managers the manager there dont even speak english and she’s rude..the condiment island was empty and crusty…smh do better tc..I wouldn’t recommend this spot on seminary to no one plus I just ended up getting money back and left
