Today we checked out Jefferson’s on the square in Murfreesboro.
They have only been opened for a month.
We tried the Jalapeño burger and the Jefferson burger both had the option of fries. Also ordered the cajun dry wings.
The burgers were awesome. The wings were good but needed to be fried just a lil longer to help with the seasoning.
The our waitress were was very a attentive with asking if we needed anything.

The food was cold to the touch. The hot dogs were the only thing in the meal that had any warmth to it.
I ordered and was told it would be 20 minutes. Showed up exactly 20 minutes later. It took them maybe 2-3 minutes to retrieve my order and get it to me. I drove 5 minutes down the road and ate. That is not enough time for the entire meal to be as cold as it was. I don’t expect piping hot food for take out but absolutely do not expect it to be cold.
I asked for the peppers and onions to be on the side as I don’t like onions but my partner does. The onions were all over the hot dogs. I scraped them off but the onion taste was still quite prevalent.
I paid $2.99 extra for onion rings with the meal instead of fries and received 5…5 onion rings…and those were cold and falling apart.
$9 for the buffalo chicken dip. They do give you a fair portion for the money. But, this dish was purely cold as if it was never hot in the first place. Additionally, I provided a picture, and you can clearly see color differentiation. The darker stuff was much chewier and dryer. So either it was the top of the pan that had dried out or it was much older. Either way, I don’t feel like I should have been served a dish with such a clear disparity in quality.
The hot dogs, despite not being fully warm, actually tasted pretty good. That earned the 2 stars.
I plan to go back and give them another try in a week or two and eat at the bar. Won’t bother again if it’s more of the same, though.

Food was good! Salads were not fancy but everything was fresh and tasty. The wings were big and well-cooked, clearly fried fresh for us. Cute and old-timey and our waitress Kenzie was super sweet. Free fried pickles if you write a review!

We just moved back to Tn from Ga.. we have been to several Jefferson’s locations in GA but we came here for the first time.. it was awesome!! Considering I don’t care for bleu cheese and this dressing here is top notch. Asia was out server and definitely needs a raise.. the customer service and attitude is amazing.. and as a past manager, I would hire her hands down. Theresa was welcoming and informative. Really enjoyed out time here. We will absolutely be back!!! Thank you!!!

Came to watch the football game of our relative. Staff was very accommodating. Put the game on the biggest T.V. and even turned the music off and game volume up. Would definitely recommend a visit here. Food and service was great too!

Great food, great service, great music, thoroughly enjoyed! Chicken and waffle was perfect. Homemade for sure. Wings with sweet heat peach wow. Tasted like peach preserves then bam the heat comes in. Perfect white cheddar mac also amazing. As Arnold used to say ” I’ll be back” Spoke with the manager who was super as she walked and talked to patrons. Torica was our server who was also very sweet and attentive.

Absolutely love the atmosphere its down to earth relaxing and Always smells yummy. Let me tell ya the wings double dipped in the Asian Zinger sauce is It!!!! Delicious the sitting areas are always clean, The bathrooms could use a little more sometimes but mostly just a wipe here and there. Servers are kind and on their toes. Sarah was awesome last night, we kept her pretty busy but she was great. Ty We will be back soon
