Placed my order on the app. Said it would be ready at 7:50. Got here at 8:00 after it said it will was ready on the app. Stood at the counter for another 10 minutes before they finally acknowledged me. Then they said they don’t have pepperoni so now I get 2 cheese pizzas when I paid for pepperoni. They’re telling everyone it’s an hour wait time. How does the place have more than 1.5 stars. They never ever have any good service. Not ever coming back here or to any Little Caesars.

Employee was claiming that they had no pizzas ready and told us that there was going to be a 30 min wait so I agreed with the wait. she sighed so hard then still proceeded to say that it was “going to be a long time” I said it’s okay. She then gave me an attitude, as more costumers came in she then started lying and said that they no longer had pepperoni and made other customers leave.

This place is a joke. Genuinely terrible. I’ve had numerous experiences of going to the drive through and they just don’t acknowledge anyone’s there. It’s like they think if they don’t attend the window they get to do less work. I’ve never bothered going in because it’s packed with people waiting. Based on the other reviews, it makes sense.
Lazy, useless workers. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve started ordering from here only through door dash and half the time they forget items like the crazy sauce. Again, based on other reviews, this is a common occurrence. Someone should contact management and do something about it.

We ordered in the app, and the pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:31. We sat in line at the drive thru for over 20 minutes past the time, and the line never moved. Inside was jam packed too. We finally left… at 8:10 we got a notice our pizza was ready. We never got to pick it up because the line was still around the building when we went back by. When they sent an email for a review, we told them what happened, and asked for our money back. Got no response. We tried calling but no one ever answered the phone. If they were having issues, they should not be taking new orders in the app.
We will never order online from LC again, and definitely won’t go back to this location.

I ordered two pizzas for my girls and the pizza was hard and nearly burnt. My toddlers love pizza and they didn’t even eat another slice. This is the worst it has ever been to this location. The past few weeks, their pizza has been great and this one was awful where we will just have to throw it away. I am not sure if there are new cooks or no one is checking the quality of the pizza before putting it in the box but a new order pizza shouldn’t be this hard to eat.

Went to the drive thru. There were 3 cars in the parking lot and apparently that was to many for them to even acknowledge that they had a customer. No greeting, no asking if I could wait, nothing. I left and went to another pizza place. One that acknowledges their customers. Won’t be back.

Who owns this franchise? I want to get ahold of them. Whoever owns this needs to find new management. This place is severely understaffed. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order taken. I’m going to wait and see how long it takes for me to get my order. It’s safe to say I am not coming back. I’d rather go get a pizza at another pizza joint or even Schlotskys
