I’m all about a LITTLE pink on a burger but dang. I ordered from door dash and got my burger… I had to cook it on the stove at home. If I wanted to cook I would have saved money and ate at home to begin with .

If only I could give a zero star review. My visit started by me standing at the hostess podium to ask if the patio was open. I made eye contact with at least 3 servers, but not one worker acknowledged that I was there. After 5-10 minutes I finally gave up and asked the bartender (who was incredibly nice) and she said the patio was open. There was one other family sitting on the patio. Their server walked out TWICE to check on them, but completely ignored that my wife, infant son, and I were even alive. Mind you, we were sitting directly in front of the patio door and the other table was talking to us as the server came out to check on them, but somehow we weren’t there. It was so obvious that even the other table mentioned it to us. After 10 minutes, I went back to the bartender and told her that we hadn’t been helped yet. She took our drink order and got a different server to help us. By this time my 15-month old son was losing his mind because he was hungry and tired, so I ordered our food to go. After another 25-30 minutes without being checked on or any word about our to-go food, I gave up and went back to the bar to see what was going on. Our server was standing at the bar and had the audacity to say “that’s funny, we were just talking about where your food is at.” Mind you, my bag of to-go food was sitting right next to her ON THE BARTOP. I was at this wretched place for over an hour and didn’t even eat food. I still, somehow, had to pay full price with ZERO acknowledgment of ALL THE TERRIBLE SERVICE. This was BY FAR the WORST restaurant experience that I have ever had. After I got home, I called and talked to the manager, to which she said “I’m not surprised that a customer called me tonight about the service.”
I am a big fan of Louie’s, but I will NEVER even think about stepping foot in this location again. I will say though, the food was good.
So shout out to the awesome bartender and cooking staff.

MaToya is an awesome wait staff person. She didn’t let our drinks get low, she was aware of what was in each dish. She recommended a new teriyaki chicken rice bowl which was delicious! Professional, personal and courteous! Great at her job! We were there around 2p, fabulous time to be there and enjoy all Louie’s had to offer without delay!

EDIT: we returned one evening on a Tuesday night. The service was awful. There were plenty of staff but it seemed like only one young girl was working at all. Waited forever to order drinks because the server said she didn’t notice we were there. There was only one other table there and they were seated to our left. We waited over 10 minutes after we got our drinks and the server never came back. My boyfriend waved her over when she finally came out from the back just for her to tell us they were out of bread for the sliders and some meat, which she should have told us from the start. After we got our food, she never checked on us again and only returned to give us our check.

Very good bar food. Come hungry, the portions are large. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like, but I usually come here when I’m craving a burger. I highly recommend both the southwest burger, and the shrooms and swiss burger. The French fries are shoestring fries and they are delightfully crispy and tasty.

The location and atmosphere of this place is amazing!! The staff is professional and very efficient and the food never misses! I’ve had multiple items on their menu but my favorites have got to be their Pizza and Burgers! Taking a bite out of either one of those bad boys makes you wanna slap somebody But seriously, this place is awesome! Go get a bite!! 10/5 stars

We usually go to the one in Broken Arrow, but on this side of town. We wanted somewhere quick and usually it is. It wasn’t very busy but took us a while to get our food. We enjoyed our entrees. Lots of TVs and server was nice.

Had the Italian stallion and Asian salad both were excellent. Sat at the bar Noah help us. Very friendly bartender, all his drinks were excellent. Would recommend if you are nearby wanting a bite.
