Crunchwrap supreme was too light on meat, 5 layer beefy burrito was pretty mid. Cheesey gordita crunch steak instead of beef was very good. Our favorite for the day. Noone greets customers when they come in, noone at the counter. Not a problem too much with me. Food came fast and ordering was easy at kiosks.

Second time in a row this location has gotten my order wrong. I was skeptical to go back but tried it again as this Taco Bell had a convenient location. Last time I got a burrito in my bag instead of the supreme tacos I ordered (amongst other items). This time got regular tacos instead of supreme. I’m wondering if the people working there don’t know what supreme tacos are. I was also interrupted while saying my order. Not the end of the world but overall not a pleasant experience. Needless to say will not be coming back to this location and will spread the word to friends and family in the area to visit Chick fil an across the street or go to Taco Bell anywhere else instead.

Food was terrible. We ordered 6 items and all the tortillas on the items felt stale. It was hard to bite through and chewy. I have never had a Taco Bell item taste SO bad. My soft tacos tomatoes felt old and wilted. We got our food to to go and if we had time to take it back we would have. But to get 6 items that are all bad.. was just strange. The hot sauce packets were the best part of the meal.

I probably eat here too much, but I have eaten at this location a lot. Realistically hundreds of times. Outside of one issue with a drive through order, everything has been great. The staff is friendly, the food is relatively quick to come out and it’s one of my favorite places to grab a bite during the work week. While my experiences at other tacobell locations have been inconsistent, this one has been good to me time and time again.

Taco Bell drive-throughs are notoriously slow, but this particular location just south of 95th & Metcalf moves more quickly than others I’ve been to.
The food came out quickly, but was not very hot – wondering if it had been sitting under a warming lamp for awhile.
It’s the only option in this area for drive through Mexican food. I definitely wouldn’t choose it as a destination restaurant for dine in service. Taco Bell prices are not much cheaper than a sit down restaurant price & the food is definitely not the same quality. If you have time to dine in, definitely check out some of the other fantastic Mexican options within a few miles of this place.

They are always so nice at this specific location. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, they always label my husband’s food and I’s, which I appreciate. The staff goes above and beyond, the food is consistent, and they do a great job of not cross contaminating. Will always come back here

i truly do love tacobell, but this one ruins it. the workers suck, they have terrible customer service. they’re also rude on both delivery orders and in person and it stinks in the restaurant. it’s always super dirty, and walking in to place an order the workers don’t greet you at all. they give you a rude look and that’s it. i hate this tacobell truly and the people that work here. horrible service 24/7, truly disappointing.

Visited this location later in the evening after trying to get food at another restaurant that closed early. I really didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised.
The gentleman that took our order was short, curt and rude. He kept asking “Anything else, anything else?!?” I’m like can I please get the order out first and then you’ll know what else. However, I digress.
The service quickly turned around when we got to the window. The lady there was so sweet and helpful. The cook did a great job as well. The ingredients were so fresh and our food appeared as though it had been prepped for a tv commercial or something.
My nephew is a very picky eater and made a lot of modifications to his order. They got all his customizations correct. We had all the sauce, napkins and plastic ware we needed. After the initial interaction at the drive through speaker everything else was fairly perfect.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Overall, really great experience, fresh and accurate food and a great value for the money we spent.
