Tex’s Smoke & Grill is a family-run Texas-Style barbecue restaurant located inside Carmen Bar & Eatery. We started with mobile pop-ups in 2023, bringing bold Texas flavors across the UK. In August 2025, we found a permanent home at Carmen, serving slow-cooked barbecue every Thursday to Sunday, offering an authentic taste of Texas to our local community. We also offer Private Hire Catering for events, bringing our BBQ to you, or you can book us for a unique private event at Carmen. We’re all about quality, flavor, and Southern hospitality. Amazing food, can’t fault any of it. We built our own tray with a few different things. Pork belly bites were unreal. The guy who runs this is so friendly and made the experience. Will definitely be back!
