The only reason we patroned this Jacks is for the Hot Mess Munchie meal Bobble head. The meal itself was an actual cold mess. Worst tasting dryest meal I have ever ordered. The onion rings in the burger were inedible, the onion was like chewing on plastic.This location was also noticeably filthy and had poor air circulation. There soda mix machine only had two types of diet Soda. I would frequent this location . On the plus side the Bobble head was Nice .

Not only were they extremely slow and forgot 2 things in my ONE muchie meal… they put a churro in the box on accident, when I went inside to correct the order I watched the employee take the churro from my box (which had already been in my car) and put it back up with the rest of the food to be served again to someone else. Absolutely disgusting.

(Drive thru) Leaving this review because I found the longest hair in my food and when I try to call them the phone call does not go through unfortunately I paid $13 for a sandwich which I was not able to eat and once I was able to realize my sandwich was contaminated I was already on the road.

Will mostly get the order wrong if drive thru early evening and mid-morning ,same staff of 3 maybe 4 dudes behavior like the eye drops hide what they do before work or before the shift before and just stay around (for “overtime work”) expensive receipts state 10 dollar fast food burgers on multiple visits and the bag will be filed with jumbo Jack,s. The ladies who work along these 3 look awake and at a lobster. Worst Jack west of rosemead north of Huntington Park east of Leimert Park and southeast of mid city. I make a stop at jackinthebox everywhere. But this is the worst, not just a attitude problem in my eyes because others have visited this jack and have come with missing patties , the regular jumbo Jack switch for the $8+ and up burger combo and possible chicken sandwiches instead of our order.

I’m discussed with my order half way through my burger I noticed there a long strand of hair inside my patty what’s the point of hair nets if you’re not going to wear them and no point in having a contact phone if you’re not going to pick it up for customers to call and complain… 45.63$ of food just to be sick to my stomach and throw away more then half my burger

Place an order and asked for a small fry & small mango iced tea to drink with both combos. When we were given our order we received a large iced tea and a sprite. We asked them to change the sprite to the iced tea we originally asked for, which she did but the cups were no where near the same size. His burger was ok but my chicken sandwich was very dry an the chicken was a bit burned. This was my first time at a Jack in the Box an I don’t see a reason to return.
