The customer service is horrible. There was hair in my fries. No cheese on my burgers and i got a number 9. I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 sweet tea and was very clear about it and got a very sweet tea. Just make sure you check every single thing before you leave the window i guess.

Stopped at this McDonald’s and ordered a Quarter Pounder combo through the drive-thru. After paying, I waited an unusually long time before being told to pull ahead—then waited even longer. Eventually I went inside, where the kitchen crew was standing around, and I still had to wait in line just to ask about my order.

They handed me a bag that had been sitting on the back counter. When I got back to my car the food was cold. Worse, the “Quarter Pounder” didn’t even have a quarter-pound patty—just a thin standard burger patty. Total time wasted was over 30 minutes.

If I owned this location, I’d be embarrassed by the lack of care and quality.

Pulled up to the drive-thru, they came across the speaker to take my order, when I started to order nobody responded, wouldn’t have been so bad but two other cars pulled up after me and got their order taken and went on around so I left two thumbs down

Ordered two sausage egg cheese micmuffin with hashbrowns they forgot my hashbrowns had to drive all the way back get back home it’s egg shells in the eggs I call I get the manger they decided to make me new ones for the next day I go to get them the next day and guess what ….. MORE FREAKING EGG SHELLS like seriously so I go to call yet again but at this point I don’t want anymore food I just want whoever is on eggs to be moved to a different station buuuuut they literally took the phone off the hook so you can’t get threw just avoid this McDonald’s go to any other one the ppl aren’t mean or nasty but if y’all can’t cook a simple egg then what are we doing

Went in to use the womens restroom. Handicap stall was nasty, toilet seat was halfway off, double roll TP dispenser was empty. Faucet was loose. Need to make some improvements.
