Went and spent $38 for food and I asked for 2 ranch for our mozzarella sticks and she handed me 1. I asked for one more and she told me she normally charges .25. I told her that I wanted the ranch. She ran my card for TWENTY FIVE CENTS. I spent $38 on food and Sonic couldn’t afford me an extra sauce. I can understand limiting the amount of sauce you give out. We didn’t order off the dollar menu. Use your best judgment bc I asked for 2 for a large mozzarella stick and I feel like that’s reasonable. There was more than 1 person eating them. she had a ‘I hate my job please hurry up and get out of my drive thru’ attitude the entire time. Everything was handed out in a decent amount of time. Fries were cold. One of my burgers was no onions and it had a ton of onions on it. I was very dissatisfied with my visit and I probably won’t be back. I was extremely irritated that she charged me for the sauce. I don’t mind paying for sauce but when I spend $38 on food sonic can afford to give me a couple damn ranch. Or get my food right at bare minimum. Wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. ♀️

Great stop. Perhaps the best strawberry milkshake that I’ve had in several years. Everything was excellent.
This Sonic is short on staffing, and as a result, the wait time to order was a bit longer than I expected. Chairs were placed in several of the drive up spots to keep too many customers from pulling in to order.
The drive-through was very active, and the line seemed to move quuickly.

My cherry limeade had no lime or cherries. The boy who took our order was very pushy and rude. Also something was in my drink it made me sick, and they want me to bring it so they can “look” at it um I think not I’m okay.

Terry is the worst worker I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. When me and my family got to sonic we sat there for over 20 mins waiting to order and no one ever answered us over the machine so we had to holler at one of the workers to help us. The sonic worker came over and it was Terry. We told him we were there for a pickup and told him the name and he said he’d go look and be right back. He came back and said they had already gave that order out and there was nothing he could do about it and that it was normal for someone to come threw the drive thru and them accidentally give out your food to them. So I was very confused about this and asked him what he was gonna do about it if he was gonna remake our order or refund us our money and he refused to do remake our food or give us a refund. He told us we could come back the next day and he’d give us our order. I tried to continue talking to him staying calm while this man is acting like he’d rather be anywhere than there trying to help me fix my order, I just paid for, and he handed to someone else without confirming they was the rightful owners of the food. We were trying to continue the conversation with him to try to figure out what we needed to do but he just said he had orders to take and turned around and left us there. Ive never dealt such laziness, ignorance, and utter lack of respect. I wouldn’t let Terry hold a broom at any business I owned. Yall can have that $20

Every time I’ve been here I have always had a terrible experience. Problems with the mobile app, drive through, payment, service, or my order. Wait time is bad, service sucks, don’t eat here. Terrible management and staff.
