Cashier was a middle age woman who was rude when I had issues with my card. When I apologized, she rolled her eyes and told me I should have fixed it before coming there. I didn’t know I was going to have issues until I was there. It’s hard enough not knowing if you can afford breakfast but then to also having to deal with someone being rude because you’re struggling to pay for it.

I went to the drive-thru at this location. There was no other car at the drive-thru. I was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I asked can I just stay here because there’s nobody in line behind me. This McDonald’s has an indoor play area. Be sure to bring socks. No shoes are allowed, but you must wear socks. There is a place for parents to eat while the children play.

Manager (blond lady) was just SO helpful to me. I had a complicated order and she worked with me to make sure my needs were met. Even when it meant taking a loss for her store. Thank you for the great service (and tasty coffee!)

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s ran by a bunch of incompetent high schoolers. Handling food without gloves shaking each other’s hands making people’s food. The management should be aware and responsible for their employees.
I waited 20 minutes for food: medium frappe, large fry, and 2 apple pies, which I never got. The reason I never got the food is because I asked for a refund, in which they even messed that up!

Don’t understand why I’m the only person in the line and I’m being asked to pull up and they’ll bring it out to me. This happens every time I’m here. They’re clearing the orders to make it seem like they’re meeting a quota and it’s annoying.

I’ve been going here for a year and I have had issues with it the past year. The teens that work there are lazy I had one kid give me the wrong size and when I told him he switched it to a large put the soda from the wrong size and put more ice in it so now I ask for no ice. Now today they have done pissed me off. I’m a mom of two now so when I do have the lil money to spend on myself now I like to get a small meal I just got a drink and a cheeseburger who can mess that up. They gave me a cold bun with cheese ketchup and pickles. Like what in the world. When I called she was having a side conversation while I’m complaining and just tells me to come in and get a new one and I wasn’t sure cuz I don’t have my receipt and she was like yeah yeah come in when you can and I said ok then and she’s says with some sassss “BYYEEEEeeee” this McDonald’s is right up the street from me and ill be going to port royal cuz at least they make it worth eating. The food is always off here , they are sassy and rude and don’t care about there jobs. Don’t work at McDonald’s if you can’t do the simplest things as adding a burger in a bun. I also do have video proof as well.
