After being seated, our server, Allison, brought our drinks and two orders of fries to start. Once those drinks were finished, they remained empty for the rest of our visit. No refills were offered, even after our meals came out, which was disappointing — especially when dining as a family.
When the food arrived, my wife was brought the completely wrong burger. When she politely mentioned the mistake, our server tried to convince her that it was actually what she had ordered, which was not the case. Instead of correcting the order, the item was simply removed from the bill, leaving my wife without the meal she had originally ordered.
Between the empty drinks, lack of attentiveness, and how the incorrect order was handled, the experience felt careless and frustrating. We understand that mistakes happen, but how they’re addressed makes all the difference, and this visit fell short of what we’ve come to expect from Red Robin.
We’ve had better experiences at other locations, which is why this one stood out in a negative way. We truly hope this feedback helps improve service so future guests — especially families — have a better experience.
Not many times do you get the service with the food being good .so Thank you for that .
Just a suggestion I would hope one day you might get scallops on your menu maybe with the shrimp and chips .

I’m pregnant so this very much is a big safety issue. I ordered an extra side of broccoli and the pictures say it all.
There’s no way the chef in the back did not see that he was giving me rotten broccoli. You can clearly see the broccoli is rotting and the black mold on it.
On top of that I reached out to the restaurant for a partial refund just the broccoli for obvious reasons. I was put on hold but gave Uber eats a call instead since I ordered this through Uber but they let me know the manager was going to reach out to help resolve the issue but I have yet to hear from the manager.
Really disappointed in the service and how this was handled. Makes you wonder if some of the other food is also going bad but they serve it to you anyways.
