I visited this establishment years ago and now when I back in town again, I wanted to try them again. I have to say that I had excellent experience there enjoying cold beer and well prepared burger. It was tasty and delicious. Definitely not like the fast food chains.

I came here a few days ago because I was in the area and wanted to get some of their large sized seasoning containers for my air-frying needs! Usually my go-to location is the one on Liberia Ave. While there, since I hadn’t eaten all day, I got the bottomless fries, and had 2 servings with ranch (and seasoning mixed in). These fries are the best, and always have been. Melissa was my server and had a great attitude and perfect timing. Everything was kept refilled and the restaurant was well-kept and clean. The areas were even decorated for the Halloween holiday.

From the inconsistent kitchen to the high school clique type staff this place is one the worst restaurants in NoVA. I love the Red Robin brand. I love the food. I love the kitch of this place. The FFX store is excellent however I come to the Bristow one because I live 5 min away and its convenient. Im truly frustrated because I’d like this place to be great. We visited the Red Robin at the Bristow/Haymarket location with our daughter and unfortunately left feeling very frustrated with the overall experience.

After being seated, our server, Allison, brought our drinks and two orders of fries to start. Once those drinks were finished, they remained empty for the rest of our visit. No refills were offered, even after our meals came out, which was disappointing — especially when dining as a family.

When the food arrived, my wife was brought the completely wrong burger. When she politely mentioned the mistake, our server tried to convince her that it was actually what she had ordered, which was not the case. Instead of correcting the order, the item was simply removed from the bill, leaving my wife without the meal she had originally ordered.

Between the empty drinks, lack of attentiveness, and how the incorrect order was handled, the experience felt careless and frustrating. We understand that mistakes happen, but how they’re addressed makes all the difference, and this visit fell short of what we’ve come to expect from Red Robin.

We’ve had better experiences at other locations, which is why this one stood out in a negative way. We truly hope this feedback helps improve service so future guests — especially families — have a better experience.

Despite financial struggles, they’re still selling food at the standard they’ve seemed to always have. Abundant staff was friendly and attentive. They could put some focus on clearing tables and keeping things cleaned and touched up. There were 4 tables not cleared for nearly the entire time I was there with staff working on things like cleaning steak knives, some food on the floor, torn drywall/paint at the entrance. Overall a good experience.

This was my first time eating at a Red Robin’s and so glad that I went. My waiter was Matt and I have to say I had the best server ever .He was so friendly and very Knowledgeable. He was able to give me options of what to get .we just had really placed the order and here he comes with our food .I was so delighted so Fast service .The food was hot and very delicious. He checked on us several times .I was able to talk with associate manager Melissa and the Gm Stephen which I was highly impressed with them checking on the service we got , I also met Tess who I really really liked the interaction with. The entire staff seemed so friendly .Everyone had smiles on there faces and just had a warm family vibe .I will say because of the high service and the food being so good I will be a return customer .
Not many times do you get the service with the food being good .so Thank you for that .
Just a suggestion I would hope one day you might get scallops on your menu maybe with the shrimp and chips .

Huge Food safety issue…

I’m pregnant so this very much is a big safety issue. I ordered an extra side of broccoli and the pictures say it all.

There’s no way the chef in the back did not see that he was giving me rotten broccoli. You can clearly see the broccoli is rotting and the black mold on it.

On top of that I reached out to the restaurant for a partial refund just the broccoli for obvious reasons. I was put on hold but gave Uber eats a call instead since I ordered this through Uber but they let me know the manager was going to reach out to help resolve the issue but I have yet to hear from the manager.

Really disappointed in the service and how this was handled. Makes you wonder if some of the other food is also going bad but they serve it to you anyways.

The people here are so nice and chill as a picky eater they made it so easy to customize what I wanted! The manager Steve and the server Tacoya helped me pick the perfect meal for lunch! I really recommend the Backyard BBQ Bash Burger!

Red Robin is a classic burger joint, but the quality of the food is very good (you can specify “doneness” of your burger), AND they have bottomless sides! I had the Monster burger today and it was just fantastic!
