Would never order here again. I ordered via subway app I waited a hr and half for someone to deliver my food and still no one delivered j called store to see if my order was ready gentlemen who answered phone was very rude and said what do you want we don’t deliver here. I asked if my food was ready he said talk to door dash driver. Asked if he was manager stated no what aren’t you understanding how many times I have to tell you. Very unprofessional if I could pick my food up I would but I did deliver due to having Covid. Asked if k could get refund for deliver fee if I had someone pick up he said how many times i tell you already. Very unprofessional business

The only guy working there was a total jerk. I didn’t mind that it was hard to understand him but he wasn’t honoring our coupons and kept saying we couldn’t have basic toppings. He kept saying each topping cost $2 which I’ve never heard of before. He was snapping at us for no reason and very impatient and unclear. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, it looks like the other recent reviewers said the same thing. They must have gotten a new owner and the service went downhill

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Went during lunch on a Saturday and there were two employees working. There was 1 person in front of us picking up an order and it took OVER HALF AN HOUR for us to get our food because the cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring it up and they didn’t speak English. To top it off, they wouldn’t let my son take a bottled juice with his meal. They took it away from him and said he could only have a juice box. That is the LEAST they could have done for the inconvenience. I called the owner and he did not apologize, nor attempt to “make it right” as stated on the receipt. Clearly don’t care about customers.

Stopped there to grab dinner after shopping at Target. Just wanted to say this is the cleanest Subway restaurant I’ve been to. The older guy cleaning there was doing a fantastic job. I almost never leave reviews but my experience there was exceptional. The service was great and the place was spotless.

Ordered pick-up from this location three times now. Each time the single dude that works here has not even started my order in the 20 min window it gives. It’s not like this is peak business hours, I live minutes away from here, drove right after ordered and watched 0 customers enter the store in the 15 min I waited for my one sandwich. Dude just blatantly waits for me to enter each time.

This is convoluted, but I tried to order the CBR on the app along with a bunch of other stuff. For myself, I ordered two sandwiches; one for now (6″ meatball with extra meatballs), and a CBR (foot long, CBR, toasted, +sauces) for later at work that night
Right off I was disappointed that for my 2$ “extra” meant 1 meatball – 4 total. And not like your italian restaurant meatballs, but your bag of meatballs at the grocery store meatball – just so small. Not quite boyardee small, but twice that size.
Anyhow, the CBR was all wrong. I didn’t ask for veggies it had all veggies. I don’t know what else was on it but it was awful. So, I thought I’d take it back the next day after work and get what I wanted – bemoan the app, and maybe get a cookie for my troubles since Im driving from the eastern side of milwaukee.
It was just opening, no one was there but one employee. I had my order number and hoped that would be enough. To her credit, she did offer to make me a new sandwich, but she kept dragging it out, going through the receipts, in what seemed to be passive resistance.
I finally just took my old sandwich, left in a huff, and ended up offering it to two families of geese and goslings on in the shopping center’s grounds – it should feed someone but it wasn’t going to be me

My husband and I have used this subway a few times now, we gave them a second chance and they have failed both times. They cannot get orders correct. They duplicated our order both times, got the wrong address and brought us soggy subs by the end of it. Not to mention the subs we order are for our boys mostly and we ask for just ham and cheese and they give us gobs of onions and everything else you can imagine on it. It was so soggy you could squeeze it out. Will never recommend this subway. Ever.

Ordered a 12” steak and cheese. Asked TWICE to have my veggies under the cheese before it was toasted. That was apparently lost in translation. Asked for lettuce on half and that apparently isn’t possible. Was told “This is not a 6 inch, you get toppings on all of it.” If you eat here, just go in with the understanding that you can’t have your sub made your way.

New Berlin has a wonderful Subway ! I’ve never had a wait because the workers are hard working and very capable . Subway is a splendid change from the common hamburger and a healthy substitute as well. The sweet chicken teriyaki will always be my favorite
