Worst location ever . And has been for years. They half ass the orders every time. Our food is always made wrong the labels tinted are crept but they manage to make it right. Simple as add pickles is it. Then they put half pieces of cheese . You walk in ask nicely to correct the problem and they say yep sounds about right and just go grab these items they forgot .

It’s crazy how you guys constantly leave all these little boys in this stores without any actual adult to supervison for them resulting in to go orders taking 15-20 minutes past pickup time because it’s just not important to him because they’re little boys that have no work ethic. Absolutely crazy that you guys leave kids in your store to work on supervised talk about a poorly managed store but hey who cares about us who cares if we don’t make minimum wage because we pick up items at your store that take 20 minutes to prepare for a $3 order hey who cares right. The doors are open so you can dine in, however, there is very little to no human interaction as no one welcomes you and there was even a sign that instructs you to use the kiosk. The few staff that was working was just standing around talking to each other and I had to ask 3 times to be given my drink cup. On the plus side it was clean and food was decent.

I ordered Two Filets and small Fries. I requested hot fresh fries (never get what i pay for)
Get to 2nd window and asked to pull to a parking spot for my fillet. NOT fillets! McDonald’s pushed a very Old, Rubbery, Cold, Stale fillet with a hot, cooked to order fillet.
Did you IDIOT’S think your Customer wouldn’t Notice?!
New Owner’s Recycling Fish and Fries by Reheating then.

The service at this location was quick and friendly, and the dining room was nice and clean. However, my order was very wrong. I ordered a large drink and a quarter pounder with cheese. I received a medium drink and a quarter pounder sans cheese. Disappointing. Considering they weren’t in any way busy, this should have been difficult to mess up. The drink I was able to forgive since it’s possible they ran out of large cups, but the burger I can’t. It’s literally the staple of the burger that it comes WITH CHEESE.
Edit: The picture came out blurry due to poor lighting, unfortunately. But it should be easy to notice there’s no cheese.

I live in the apartments next door and have learned the only consistent thing with this location is the above and beyond rude service and extreme lack of work attitude and ethic in the employees and management for allowing this outlook to become the staple of this location.

I literally just wanted one iced coffee they give me the wrong size at first a small when I asked for a large (and got charged for a large) and then continue to hand me a medium size that was only like half full. Overall this was a horrible experience and ruined my morning also it was handed to me covered in Carmel
