First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

This First Watch location is a great place for brunch. The breakfast tacos were made fresh and tasted great (and can be vegetarian without the meat). The strawberry French toast was good, however it was slightly smaller than expected. They have a variety of fresh juices which don’t have any sugar added and thus really healthy!

Came in for a late breakfast. I decided to try the power wrap. The tortilla was so soggy it kept falling apart. Coffee and fruit were good though. This was a one and done place for me.

John was absolutely wonderful! He was so friendly, efficient, and accommodating. His section was busy, but was whippin it, and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner – A+ excellent server! The food was delicious, all staff had a smile on even though it was very busy! Even at full capacity, the food came out quickly and perfectly (even with modifications). Happily greeted immediately and were kindly welcomed back as the door was held for us as we left. Y’all run a tight ship! Thank you! Looking forward to our next visit

This is one of my favorite brunch places. I normally stay away from chain restaurants, but this one I keep coming back to. The food is absolutely delicious and they have many healthy options. I highly recommend for great food at a reasonable price.

I always treat myself to First Watch when I have an early appointment. This was my first time dining at the Sarasota location, I was boring and ordered oatmeal lol. It’s always tasty , healthy and it fills me up in the best way.

Even though First Watch is a chain, the fruitville Sarasota location its always great!!
The food was super fresh and tasty—great quality all around.
I especially loved the spring menu; it had some really fun, seasonal dishes and drinks.
The service was great too—our server was super friendly and on top of things.
Loved the decorations and the local art on the walls.
Overall, this spot is a solid go to for breakfast or brunch. Great food, great vibes—I’ll definitely be back!

Meeting friends for breakfast, I was greeted at the door by John (said he was relatively new to the location) who was all smiles and ready to help me. As he was ensuring our table was ready, another employee asked if I needed help. April was our server–she handled us perfectly. Our drinks were delivered almost immediately, our food came in a timely manner. Food was hot and all dishes were very good. We were offered the option of paying at our table using the QR code on our bill, or doing it the old-fashioned way, at the checkout register…either way, the option to split the check was available.

It’s always a pleasure dining here! My husband and I, along with our family, have made it a tradition to stop by during our trips for CNY Fertility visits—and it definitely adds something special to the experience.
The food is always fresh, served quickly, and tastes amazing. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant is consistently clean and inviting.

Ggreat place, love high ceiling. Services was quick and staff very gentle. Have quick breakfast with my kids the love the waffle and the smoothy pancake. I like omelets 100% recommend. Came with fresh, seasoned potatoes not my style too much seasoned and onions were to cooked. Blavk Coffea as ussual whole jar just brew… back again soon

Found this gem on Google when we were visting from NH. The atmosphere is just gorgeous and the food was delicious!!! I got the toast with parm and prosciutto (no eggs for me) and it was absolutely amazing! My hubby got and omelette and raved about it. Service was also wonderful! Hope to come back some day! Thank you!
