Went for dinner. Ordered 1 burger and 1 chicken tenders. Burger was very good, the tenders had crunchy breading but still had a little too much oil in them. Fries were very salty. Cucumber salad was good. Service was very fast and friendly.

If your looking for one hell of a burger, this is the place. First time eating here! McKenzie was amazing and the cook was precise, perfect seasoning and temperature. The fries are better than Five Guys!!! The atmosphere is great, clean and friendly. Please try them, we will always stop here and eat traveling through Florence!!!

We decided to go to 1720, I’ve personally been here a few times but it was my fiancés first time. I normally get a basic 1720 burger and add bbq sauce with a side of sweet potato fries and it’s always amazing!!!! During this visit he tried my original order without the bbq sauce and I tried the bbq chicken quesadilla for the first time which were both really good, flavorful and well cooked! We also had the tater bombs as an appetizer, which are really good with ranch for the ranch lovers but they do also have their sauce which has a hint of spice to it but also really good! (Please note the tater bombs do have bacon in them) The service was really good, from being greeted at the door to seating and eating. Definitely 10/10 would recommend! They now also have an entry way into “The general dough” which is perfect for a sweet treat to go home with so we’re excited to try them another time!!!!!

I’ve been a few times, each time it gets better. I got the Kelly burger with fries, and it was cooked perfectly. They keep vinegar in the table for your fries. The waitress was very good, she made sure we had drink refills, and she was very polite. We happened to run into 2 of our friends when we were leaving so we stuck around and chatted for a min, everyone had a good time and the food was great.

First visit. We were seated almost immediately, but waited several minutes before being greeted by a server and had drink orders taken. Drinks were a little slow coming out, but they were great. My friend ordered the Kelly Burger with onion straws and I ordered a create your own burger with fries; They were great–burgers and sides were cooked and seasoned perfectly!!!

5 stars because of our AWESOME server Matt. This man ran circles around the entire restaurant and I never once saw him even stop to breathe. He was personable, knowledgeable, and truly made the visit memorable for me. HE IS THE REASON FOR THE RATING. The food was good, what you’d expect at a chain restaurant, nothing spectacular. I got the San Diego Quesadilla, and it was just way too salty and had about 6 fries in it. My brother got Optimus Prime and he seemed to like it. Matt is a ROCKSTAR and should definitely teach some of the staff how to be more personable

The perfect place to eat and hang out. The atmosphere and staff are so welcoming. The food is beyond delicious and big quantities. Variety of apps and burgers!! With the new addition to a dessert store right inside next door. Beignet, cronuts, churros and boba tea. Will be coming back again!

Fantastic service from Brandi! All the staff were very friendly and helpful! The owner/manager leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll his sleeves up to get the job done!
We were visiting Florence for a day. My son had a soccer game and we wanted to get some awesome burgers nearby. This is an independent small business that seems to be very popular with local residents. We ordered two Daisy burgers with Pimento cheese and bacon , a house salad with grilled chicken, Frickles, and Fried Jalapeños. Every dish we had was amazing! Our only disappointment was that the Frickles and Fried Jalapeños had so much salt. Other than that, everything was perfect! Brandi was nice enough to make an adjustment to our bill for the heavily salted appetizers. We appreciate the kind gesture. Thank you! We will definitely be back to try out the other items on the menu on our next trip back to Florence!
On another note, we did make our way to the Dessert shop, The General Dough , next door. Check out my review about that venue!

Review Time With Tim
This place did not disappoint. I had the Kelly burger, and if I was in Vermont, this would make my top 5 best burgers list. But this is SC, and I bet this would make a top 10 list. The beef was well seasoned, and the bun was soft. The blue cheese sauce was fire. The bacon was crispy . Hand cut fries from what it seems.
