If the Arby’s locations near me, this one is my favorite. I usually stop by after church and get a couple of regular roast beef sandwiches to go. I hate sesame seeds so I appreciate they are always willing to swap the bun for me.
The food has always been consistently good and I have never had a problem with an order. I find the staff friendly and the location clean. I can think of many local fast food establishments that could learn a thing or two from this location.
It doesn’t take much to please a customer. Be kind and get the order right which this location has done on a regular basis.

OMG, what is going with this particular restaurant?! I pulled into the drive thru behind one vehicle. We sat, we sat and sat some more! I never even heard a voice through the drive thru speaker for the car ahead of me. To be honest I thought the place was closed because it looked dead! I hit reverse then proceeded to go inside to order. There was one lady in line ahead of me. I was not greeted by anyone. After several minutes I was finally acknowledged! Then the manager (I’m assuming) says that girl over there will get me. She was new and very nervous. I broke the ice and asked her how she was doing very kindly. My order was taken and food didn’t really take long. Drove home and opened the bag containing 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches. These sandwiches were swimming in cheese sauce!!! There was more cheese than roast beef, WTH?! I had to remove them from the box with a knife and fork plus that’s how I had to eat it too. Waaaaaaaay too sloppy to try and pick up!!! Thankfully the sandwiches actually tasted okay once I scraped some of the gobs of cheese off! Here’s a tip, save some cheese for the rest of the night!!! First and last time at that particular establishment!!!

A favorite place for different fast food meal…a change front the usual burgers and whatnot.
On this visit, I tried their King’s Hawaiian Fish sandwich. I have gotten their regular crispy fish in the past and it was lackluster – not really crispy and the bun didn’t hold up. The King’s Hawaiian is different: the bun is more robust and the addition of cheese and tomato gives it a bit of a bump. The fish this time tasted great, really flaky with a bit of sweetness and complimented by the tartar sauce. This new fish sandwich is a better balance.
I also got their beef and cheddar which was fair-to-good. This was my first time trying the Spicy 3 Pepper Sauce and I’m hooked! Right up there with Horsey Sauce.
The crew at this location is always fantastic! Fast, friendly, and polite… Will return soon.

The food was unedible well I was able to eat the cheese sticks. The fries were like rubber and I don’t even know what to say about that sandwichs I will post a couple photos the bun was hard as a rock where it wasn’t soggy. I spent over $26 and was only able to eat 4 cheese sticks

I ordered two number sixes, which were the Double Deluxe Burgers. Both burgers were barely cooked at all. This is unacceptable! Never again will I get food at this Arby’s location. I saved myself a trip to the ER tonight smh

Terrible went to drive thru to order food, no one came to take my order. I went to the window, no one came to the window to help but I heard employees in the back. Drove back around to try to order again and seen an employee sitting in the lobby. Went back around no one greeted us to place order. We just drove off!!! No one has time to waste, if you don’t want to take orders find another job. They could have simply told us they were closed or weren’t taking any more orders. Something, rather than keeping us waiting and never taking our order !!! I’ll never come to this location again.!!!

The food was okay, but the staff were unfriendly and inattentive. I wanted to eat inside, but they delivered a paper bag. The drink cup was missing. The Sprite had virtually no taste; it was just sparkling water. Tables were unavailable because they were cleaning. The area was closed. After protesting, we were assigned a seat, and they continued cleaning. It was very uncomfortable.
