I am visiting my little brother who just moved out here recently. I brought him and his wife here for their first time and they loved it. We all gpt steaks that were cooked perfect. They also gave us fried shrimp on the house that were amazing and fresh. The drinks could have been a little stronger, they were kind of watered down.
Stacy was our server and she was amazing. She made sure our food was good and checked on us periodically. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Stopped here for lunch and was very happy with the food and service. Our waiter was very quick to take our order and was on top of getting drinks and checking in on us. I had Flo’ Filet and it was very good. Sides of mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli were amazing too. Service was very quick and the restaurant was clean throughout. Plenty of parking. Would stop here again.

We arrived at 2pm, and sat at the table tops in the bar area. It took the bartender 15 mins to even get our drink order and longer to place our food order. We didn’t receive our food until after 3pm and the food we got was cold, undercooked, stiff, and the lettuce was brown in the salad. I addressed the manager and although he covered the check he didn’t really seem to care about the wait lack of poor service, or the quality of cold food. Once a great restaurant has completely gone done hill. Very dissatisfied!

I actually came here two nights in a row, but the first night after my drive from Buffalo I was so tired I forgot to take pics of my food. But I will say both nights I came in the staff was great and I mean each and every person. They all help one another and communicate very well. The food came out fast and it was hot and very flavorful. Definitely worth stopping in 2x.

This is the second consecutive time our group has eaten at this LongHorn location with the same unfortunate outcome. On arrival it took between 10 and 15 minutes to be seated which we were ok with due to the bustling, busy environment . We were seated at a table that was small for our group. I saw and asked for a larger table that seated seven people and was told they would look into it for me, but never followed up with more comfortable and accommodating seating,( by the way that larger table remained empty during our entire meal). The waitress was delightful and attentive as well apologetic in the long run. Issues number 1. From the time we placed our order it took 45-50 minutes to receive our orders. When others, (arriving later than our party)and sitting around our table were receiving their orders we began inquiring about ours. Issue number 2. After an additional 10 minutes or so, the meals arrived, to our dismay, our orders clearly had been resting under warming-heat lamps as they were not hot off the grill or stove but warm to luke warm to one’s touch. The hamburger ordered was raw on the inside and was not eaten. As far as the steak, chicken and fish orders they were fine…cool but ok. It felt as though our concerns were dismissed and somewhat annoying when voiced yet, no concessions offered or made. We spent close to $250+
dollars on below par customer service and food service that was disgraceful. We have decided not to patronize this location again due to repeated poor service, subpar food delivery and presentation . I do not recommend this establishment to others.

I got takeout. Ribeye steak, rice pilaf, broccoli, and a chicken caesar salad. Everything was tasty, seasoned just right, and delicious. The cream-like substance that’s on the honey wheat bread and rice is creamy butter.

I ordered car side takeout from this restaurant a few days ago and had the most unnecessarily inconvenient experience ever. Which is ironic for a convenient service such as car side pickup. We had only ordered 2 appetizers. I understand this isn’t fast food, but you would think it would take a little less than 30 whole minutes to make when the store isn’t even at its busiest. We finally got our food, of course we were apologized for the wait, but when we got home we noticed some missing items. You’d think after waiting a lot longer than we should have, the store should make sure absolutely everything is correct to avoid setbacks. Of course, we should have checked the bag before we drove off, rookie mistake, but we decided to just go back and collect our missing items. We were helped by the manager. By this time, the food was getting cold so we asked him to remake it. We got our missing items, but the food was not remade like we asked. So at this point, we were just over it. We go back into the restaurant and no one can seem to find the manager. Turns out he was just sitting at an empty table on his phone, if that doesn’t tell you how slow it was then I don’t know what does. We explained the situation to the manager AGAIN, asked for a refund, and the response we received was incredibly unprofessional. A simple “ok”, shrugging shoulders and a chuckle. No other words, just “ok.” I’m in disbelief with how nonchalant the manager was. We didn’t keep the food, and yet, we still didn’t even get the refund. It’s been a few days and the charge hasn’t refunded on the card used. So now, unfortunately, I have to go through the process of filing a dispute to my bank to get my $30 back. All because we made the choice of eating from the Wronghorn Steakhouse.

I’ve been going to this location for about four years now out of all the times I eaten there. This was the worst. After 50 minutes Of waiting restaurant was not busy.
The food was served cold, and in the state burnt although the manager took steps to rectify the issue, the overall experience was marred by poor service. Notably, when I requested a birthday dessert for my son, I expected a gesture such as singing “Happy Birthday.” Unfortunately, this did not occur, and the dessert was delivered without any acknowledgement of the occasion.”

The food was great and the service is great as well, for we have such a friendly waitress named Vicky. She was alert by checking up on you from time to time if you need anything. Love her smile and personality, which gives my family a great experience to dine in. The food came in fresh and hot. My favorite one was the corn, which I highly recommend. So yummy! The ribs were tender to the point that it fell off the bone easily. It has a smoky sweet barbecue taste. The steak was delicious! We ordered it medium, and it was cooked to perfection. Just the way we like it. Not to salty. The side dish tasted okay. The atmosphere is also great and clean. The bathroom stalls are clean as well. The only downside is that we didn’t receive any complementary bread because they ran out. The waitress did let us know ahead of time, though. Overall, dining in here is great and definitely would come back here again. Hopefully, when I come back, they’ll have the complementary bread.
