Amazing menu and prices, I had the Sax special, basically a Joe’s special anywhere else, and it was alot of food and I had a side of perfectly cooked crispy bacon and that was the MOST amazing breakfast I’ve had in a long long time!!! I also ordered the Kimberlina grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and OMG DELICIOUS it came with fries which were actually really good. I will most DEFINITELY go back again and this time I’ll get a cinnamon roll as well. The staff was very friendly and the food came out really quick. again ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS
Food was so tasty.
Presentation, perfect.
Dessert, amazing made fresh daily, they are knows for their amazing home made desserts.
Fruit salad—perfect.
I absolutely loved the Mexican Bene, you can really taste the chunks of chorizo, and the spicy hollandaise sauce and the entire dish was just incredible for breakfast. We searched for a good breakfast spot, Sax’s came up, and it was spot on. We loved it and we will definitely be back.
A true family-run business to the max. Thank you!
Sax’s Joint is a small, classic hole-in-the-wall diner serving big portions of genuinely delicious comfort food. The kind of place that feels local, unpretentious, and exactly what you hope to find when traveling.
My wife ordered the French toast and absolutely loved it. I went with a biscuits-and-gravy style breakfast with eggs and potatoes (I honestly forget the exact menu name), and everything was fantastic, hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
The staff were fun, friendly, and incredibly efficient without making us feel rushed.
A perfect ending to the weekend and exactly the kind of place we’d go out of our way to visit again.
But let’s talk about the real star: the Crab Eggs Benedict. Epic doesn’t even begin to cover it. Imagine perfectly poached eggs draped in silky hollandaise, stacked on a mountain of fresh crab so generous it could’ve come straight from Poseidon’s pantry. Every bite is rich, decadent, and absolutely unforgettable—the kind of dish that makes you wonder why every other Benedict you’ve ever had even bothered showing up.
And the portions? Let’s just say Sax’s Joint doesn’t believe in “small.” You come here hungry, you leave victorious.
Bottom line: Sax’s Joint isn’t just a diner—it’s a full-on culinary throwback with food that slaps harder than a jukebox hit.
Service was excellent.
Small interior but offers outside dining, nice on warm days.
One small mouse sited when we sat outside, hopefully they weren’t inside.
The menu has something for everyone. From a basic egg and potato plate to at least five spins on Benedict, Saxx’s never disappoints!
