My Server Shardae was amazing. She helped me with my 1st visit. However, my meal was very bland. I understand not using salt for the safety of others health but season should have been used. My companion requested this location for breakfast. He had to add a lot of pepper and salt to his food and they forgot his toast. I ordered one French toast, home fries, and kielbasa interesting. I added peppers to my home fries and you know I’m used to red but they used green peppers. they actually cooked them very well and it was tasty, Potatoes was just bland. My companion ordered veggie omelette home fries with green peppers and side of grits with turkey links.

Well first off they tell you that all take out orders are to be called in but when I called the line was busy. So I go in to let her know the line is busy so she said her co worker got somebody on hold. So I’m steady calling while standing in front of her line is still busy I’m hungry she gone say you gotta wait outside, I said it’s raining YALL want somebody to stand at the door an order from the menu attached to the door, In the rain I said I parked all the way around the corner and YALL line still busy. So I call while walking back to the car now the phone rings but nobody is picking up. They have horrible customer service all the way around and to think I was told this is a cool place that’s why you gotta see things out for yourself HARVARD IN DO BETTER JUST BECAUSE YOUR BUSY DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE I have been treated this morning.

This is a great homemade breakfast spot. If you ever visit please go here. A hidden gem. It’s by far better than those other breakfast chain restaurants. The menu is jam packed with all of your favorites at a very reasonable price. I ordered a 3 egg breakfast with half grits and half hashbrowns, turkey links and rye toast for $6.50. The service was speedy and outstanding. For 2 ppl working the floor. The dining area was clean and cozy unlike the first chain breakfast restaurant we walked out of to get to Harvard before they close @ Xxactly 3:30. Believe me they make sure you know this. You must call ALL to go orders in. There is no walk in to go service as noted by the sign on the door.

I got French toast with whip cream and strawberries and it was more then I had on the card I had ro pay I was 1$ and s I me change short and they gave me it for less after I had already told them b4 they made it I didn’t have enough money. It was so kind of them to still give me the food and they took care of the amount I was short. It was 10$ and change and I only had 9$ and change

This has some of the best chicken soup there is in Cleveland. This is standard diner food and everyone is super sweet here. Yes you may have to add salt and pepper but this place is legit.

I like the harvad inn restaurant they have a policy that all takeout orders must be called hand I start calling a half hour away from the restaurant nobody answered the phone.. for this half hour drive can you get to the restaurant she asked us to we wanted to go or take out I said we wanted to take out that she said we have been calling in I said how we going to call it in and nobody answered the phone after 7 phone calls the waitress had an attitude problem… She ..Megan told me she was busy and they didnt have time to answer the phone and to go back outside after we got here and call in again for now we were forced to sit in the restaurant I do not like her attitude but I do like the food j p

The Harvard Inn is a mom and Pop restaurant that I relate to as a family restaurant. The waitressess are welcoming and they make sure you get what you ordered. The prices are reasonable. The portions are filling. I will continue to go to this restaurant. I will also tell my family and friends about this restaurant.
