Check your chicken!! When you buy here I go 8 piece family combo and took a bite of a chicken drum and had to spit it out instantly because it tasted funky and it smelled terrible spoiled chicken, I hope I don’t get food poisoning, worse place ever

Their chicken sandwich is good, but somehow this restaurant served me a cold, dry chicken breast in the sandwich I ordered. Couldn’t complain, as I was just passing through the town it is in.

I came to eat in store as a new patron. I’ve never tried Popeyes before. You can’t talk to a person at all. They require ordering in app or kiosk only. How do I ask questions before I order? All restaurants that do this get a hard pass from me.

The options on the app menu are not ideal for me. I can’t ask questions in store or modify the order to my needs. On my way to Chick-fil-A or Dave’s Hot Chicken where I get treated like the actually want my business.

We came for your Freddy Fazbear promo, you did not have the box available. We waited 20 minutes for some cold food. The strips were cold, paper thin, mostly breading. The staff did not want to communicate with us at all. Just sent us to the kiosk. The seemed to be bothered if you attempted to ask a question. The restaurant was extremely filthy. Staff was unaccommodating. We didn’t even have what we came for. Waited forever for trash food in a dirty restaurant, please do better.

Just went during the chicken sandwich craze, got one of each classic and spicy. About 8 cars in front of me and it went very fast, seeming everyone was probably ordering the chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were hot and fresh. Service was polite and friendly. Definitely going to go back for more!

I Have ordered twice from this place and it will be the last! The first time I ordered was a family meal and it comes with 3 large sides. When I got home and opened the sides to serve them they were filled half way. It is suppose to be filled atleast 3/4 come on that is not okay! The second time I ordered were 4 small sides 2 mac and cheese, one mashed potatoes and a beans and rice. First of all they got my order wrong they gave me 3 macs and 1 beans and rice. And second of all again they were filled half way. Each small side is $4.59 for them not to fill up the little cup! Definitely I will never be going back to this location!

They lied to me about not having the five nights at Freddy’s meal that my daughter wanted. I then went online and ordered it while I was still at the restaurant and sure enough they had it. I was expecting them to tell me that the system messed up and that’s why I was able to order it but they just handed me the meal. Freaking liars! The mozzarella bites where super dry and it was missing the dessert, but the chicken with the seasoning was ok

The only person I want to highlight is THE ONLY ONE WILLING TO HELP ME which was Evan so big THANK YOU to Evan for actually helping. However, the manager of this Popeyes is a joke! I had mobile order called regarding it, showed up, they demanded I show over 5 different forms of proof and the bank account receipt and after showing them eveything they still REFUSED to give me my order or money back. This manager needs to be fired. Don’t waste ur time or money here unless Evan is working cuz he is the only one willing to help here. Everyone else is a theft and trying to steal. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered
