I’ve been here 1/2 doz times. Everything here is about what you would expect food wise and dinning room. The staff is better than average. The food is done right and prompt. The 2 points off is the restroom it is always a gager. Stinky don’t cover it and its every time.

Employee at the counter was very friendly and courteous.
The sandwhich had one piece of browned and wilted lettuce, a tomatoe and glob of mayo off to the side. Could probably have built it worse…but it would be tough.
Taste wise (minus lettuce) it was hot, the bread was soft and it tasted good.

Waited over 15 minutes for my food had 4 workers I saw only one family in the lobby that had already ordered and been served and you could see the fries and nuggets done and were sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes before burger was done fries and nuggets were cold. As a person that works fast food why are am i seeing multiple drive orders being given out before mine and why is the food being cook not all at the same time so it’s all served hot. Lobby trash needed to be taken out i couldn’t even throw my trash away after eating.

They got my order wrong and then were incredibly rude. I asked for a manager and she laughed at me. Said she did not fill the order so it was someone else’s fault. Asked for the store number to complain to corporate. This made her laugh harder and she refused. If the manager doesn’t try to fix a wrong order,. they don’t deserve to be in business.

Horrible service. My food wasn’t ready, so they asked me to pull up and wait. 20min later, I had to go inside. Incredibly rude. They forgot and then acted like I was a criminal for asking. The first person I talked to just shrugged and said…it was someone else. I asked for a manager and she was worse.

I found the SERVICE and ATTITUDE of staff-management and members in this place to be DISGUSTING and unprofessionally regimented; also very impatient. The manager several times was excessively loud and pushy, hastily telling customers (me) to order or get out. Others harassed me when I was drinking water because they wouldn’t serve.breakfast @ 10:40 a.m. There was little kindness or patience there.

We went through the drive through to order 2 family size chili’s, we were told they did not have that size, we told them it’s on the menu, we were then told we have to order it from the ap. We said we are currently here in line trying to order, and they are refusing because it can be an online ap order only! The employee was extremely rude. We had to back up out of the drive thru, down load the ap, then order the chili! When we got it, it was 4 separate chili’s! Not even enough to make up 2 family size, at least not what we have received at other Wendy’s, it’s normally in a big tub.
