Giving me a burnt chicken patty was so hard i couldn’t even eat it ! This is Arby’s I cannot believe this!!! I pray and hope all of them get fired!!! I didn’t even see this till I got home this wasn’t even the fries that were cold. If I could give a zero
It felt like a trip back to the 90s – in a good way!
We dined in on a Tuesday evening around 6pm and it was nice and quiet.
The tables and seats are tidy, and the women’s restroom is clean too, however my husband said the men’s restroom was dirty.
We will be back again for some time to come if it stays this way.
Holy moly 17 dollar, but okay i want to try the new steak nuggets.
Get home. Only got a 5 piece and some curley fries. Not what i ordered. And the steak nuggets suck!
My bad for not checking the bag. But god as my witness ill never eat at arbys again. Certainly not this location!
When I reached the window, the employee asked if I had an online order, and I confirmed it was for Taylor. At that point, a manager in the background immediately stated loudly, “We don’t have it.” The window employee attempted to clarify by asking if the name was “Tyler,” but I reiterated that it was “Taylor.” The manager repeated, “We don’t have it,” multiple times, without offering guidance or attempting to investigate further.
I explained that the order was placed through the app for this specific location and showed the order confirmation on my phone. Despite this, I continued to be told that the order was not there. This was confusing, as the order had just been acknowledged at the speaker.
Eventually, the window employee asked for my last name again. After providing it, the situation changed immediately, and the staff located my order without further issue. While handing me my items, the employee dropped one of the bags while attempting to pass everything through the window at once.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful, particularly due to the lack of clear communication and the manager’s approach to the situation.
Overall food was good but they still missed a couple side items I paid for.
Went to Arbys today 2/26 went inside to order. Ordered a Chicken Sandwhich meat plus 3 . When my husband got home the Chicken sandwich tasted like rubber , the fries were cold…..I dont get it !!! Why can’t these people actually do their jobs ??
