These people were so rude ,unprofessional May Arby’s at this location not receive any more customers!!! you reap what you sow, I have video and pictures. He didn’t want to repeat what he said to me said, that I couldn’t come back because I’ve been there multiple times and I was rude lies .No what happened was he acted like he didn’t want to understand what I was saying in the Drive-Thru he said he didn’t understand and I asked him is it that he does not understand English?What I believe is he didn’t want to make no fresh fries .Waiting in line to receive old fries is insane as much as Arby’s charges I spent almost $30 I should get fresh fries but when I pulled upto the window he said to me that they were already fresh when they gave them to me I’ve worked at an Arby’s they were old, then he changed up and said no I have fresh fries for you. They all thought it was a joke and they all laughed and nothing is funny about spending my money on old food .and picking your nose serving customers no hygiene at all that is so disgusting especially since I work hard for my own money. But as soon as I started filming he didn’t want to repeat what he said. I will not be going back here and I advise everyone not to go because you will not receive good service they will give you old food because they want to close early.
Giving me a burnt chicken patty was so hard i couldn’t even eat it ! This is Arby’s I cannot believe this!!! I pray and hope all of them get fired!!! I didn’t even see this till I got home this wasn’t even the fries that were cold. If I could give a zero

My first time having Arby’s in a while. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The food tastes good and the portions on the combos are still pretty decent.

It felt like a trip back to the 90s – in a good way!

The food here is affordable and satisfactory. I like the chicken sandwiches and curly fries. So far I haven’t had any issues with our food or service here. The workers here are respectful and polite, and it is kid-friendly.

We dined in on a Tuesday evening around 6pm and it was nice and quiet.

The tables and seats are tidy, and the women’s restroom is clean too, however my husband said the men’s restroom was dirty.

We will be back again for some time to come if it stays this way.

I’m actually impressed. I mean it is independence! Staff (management) was excellent from the minute I walked in the door up until I left. Even with a thank you for coming. Place was really clean. Again I was surprised. The food was hot and the minute I walked in and told them app order she was on it and fast.

Bro, I just got back from the drive-thru, 01/18/26 @ 2:56pm, my entire order is WRONG! Two times I requested no lettuce, no tomato, no cheese. Guess what? My UNDER COOKED fish sandwich had lettuce, tomato & cheese, which became irrelevant bcuz it was UNDER COOKED! I ordered 2 combo meals & received 2, count them, 1 & 2 napkins! Nice Arby’s, thx for making me waste $11.19, my time, my gas & I am still hungry. Thx!

I orderer a 9 piece steak nugget, potato cakes, and a large jamoca shake. Take out.

Holy moly 17 dollar, but okay i want to try the new steak nuggets.

Get home. Only got a 5 piece and some curley fries. Not what i ordered. And the steak nuggets suck!

My bad for not checking the bag. But god as my witness ill never eat at arbys again. Certainly not this location!

I placed a mobile order through the app for the first time and selected drive-through pickup. When I arrived at the speaker, I informed the employee that I had a pickup order for Taylor. I was asked for my last name, provided it, and was then instructed to pull forward. There were two vehicles ahead of me.

When I reached the window, the employee asked if I had an online order, and I confirmed it was for Taylor. At that point, a manager in the background immediately stated loudly, “We don’t have it.” The window employee attempted to clarify by asking if the name was “Tyler,” but I reiterated that it was “Taylor.” The manager repeated, “We don’t have it,” multiple times, without offering guidance or attempting to investigate further.

I explained that the order was placed through the app for this specific location and showed the order confirmation on my phone. Despite this, I continued to be told that the order was not there. This was confusing, as the order had just been acknowledged at the speaker.

Eventually, the window employee asked for my last name again. After providing it, the situation changed immediately, and the staff located my order without further issue. While handing me my items, the employee dropped one of the bags while attempting to pass everything through the window at once.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful, particularly due to the lack of clear communication and the manager’s approach to the situation.

Overall food was good but they still missed a couple side items I paid for.

I have never had bad food from this place. Until today ( 6/24/25 ) at 4.30pm it was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive thru and I ordered a Hot ham and Cheese meal. The cheese was like rubber the ham was hard, I ordered crinkle fries and I got curly fries. You pay good hard earned money and you get garbage. It will be a while before I come back.

Went to Arbys today 2/26 went inside to order. Ordered a Chicken Sandwhich meat plus 3 . When my husband got home the Chicken sandwich tasted like rubber , the fries were cold…..I dont get it !!! Why can’t these people actually do their jobs ??
