Visited Joanna’s Family Restaurant for lunch this week and enjoyed the experience. The menu has a wide selection of offerings from breakfast, skillets, and burgers to dinner entree’s. I chose the mushroom and swiss burger and it was very flavorful. The fires were crispy and tasty and the meal came with potato soup which was excellent. I recommend this place next time you are hungry.

This place was absolutely amazing we had a party of 14 my wife and a bunch of co-workers we all got together and had breakfast. The food was amazing and you get such big portions for the price you pay. I got an omelette with the triple meat, my wife got the eggs bacon toast and grits in our bill is only $22, and mine also came with hash browns and toast and I had to bring more than half home because it was such a big portion food with 10 out of 10 are waiter 10 out of 10. The only thing I would change is the people up front that try to see you when we told him we had a party already waiting for us they said that we was waiting on a table when our party was already clearly there and they kind of got smart with us but other than that, little minor issue high rated at 8 out of 10

Wow❗ I’ve eating at Joanna’s lots of times. Food and servers, GREAT‼️ The manager or the guy who seats people – seemed out of touch❗ . When it was time to pay, he was nowhere in sight …. Leaving 4 or 5 customers, standing, waiting, Just trying to pay for our food and leave. One new person scanned the QR code (by the register) and asked for the 8% discount. He looked at it and said you have the wrong location. I scanned a QR code and it showed the Jefferson Boulevard location. Still didn’t get my 8% discount ⁉️ This is my first time having poor customer service at Joanne’s

I did a DoorDash pickup at 10:10am. I arrived at 10:20am. I did not get my order until 10:43am. I waited a long time while other people had been getting served before me. If you do pickup here they only will value you if you dine in. This was my first time trying and experiencing this. They got my order wrong on top of it. I asked for sausage not bacon.

Our family of six had our very first visit here a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved it. The parking lot looked incredibly full, which is a good sign by the way, but there was still room for us and the service was amazing. They have no problems with healthy size portions!

Stopped in for a quick bite before heading to the airport. Saw they had a CFS on the menu and had to get it. I’m a sucker for chicken fried steak. Overall it was a good stop. I’d recommend it if you haven’t tried it.
