I go through the drive through from time to time because it is on my way to/from work. I have always had very friendly service. Like, the service here is much friendlier than the sit down restaurants I go to. I have almost always received better than average fast food here as well and rarely have to wait. I think the negative reviews are just people who come to complain, because I come here regularly for two years and find it’s pretty good. I worked in fast food before and know it can be stressful and customers can be pretty rude and demanding so I think these employees do a great job.

Don’t trust the hours on google. The inside is never open at night. You have to go through the drive through anytime at night. Inside is never open. From 11 to around 5am the inside is always locked.

I ordered two caramel frappes and a hot chocolate. The cashier told me it was $12, I gave him $20, and he only gave me $5 and some change. He didn’t even give me a receipt. When I got to the other side, the other person only gave me one frappe. I complained, and they made me wait more than 10 minutes before the manager told me I’d only been charged for one. So a frappe costs $12? I don’t know why they hire such bad staff.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered a medium hot latte through the drive-thru, but the woman at the window gave me an iced one instead. When I tried to explain the mistake politely, she started raising her voice and being extremely rude. There was no apology, just attitude. It’s really disappointing to be treated like that over a simple order.
Customer service should never involve yelling, especially when the mistake wasn’t mine. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

There’s an older woman as the manager. I gave her the code for a free large fries, and when THEIR systems didn’t redeem it, she proceeded to act like i gave the wrong code. Even when I started explaining that this was a reoccurring problem with their systems, she kept interrupting and saying I was wrong and used the wrong code. I ended up having to pay a discount for the large fries instead, and she even went as far to tell me again I used the wrong code, and the person at the window that night ignored me when I asked for the managers name. Terrible experience, just leave if you see that manager since if even one part of your order is wrong she’ll just blame you instead.

I drove up to the drive thru, and waited for a good 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I eventually drove up to the order confirmation window, and was stared at by an employee for about 5 more minutes. I then drove to the pickup window and had to place my order there. When I arrived home, I opened up the lil box that the burger comes in to find that the patty was completely mashed and that parts of the meat were ripped into little pieces? I bit into it, and the meat was completely cold and part of the bun was soaking wet. Absolutely disgusting. 0/5

I ordered an unsalted potato chip at the kiosk because it was for my baby who I don’t give salt to yet. When the cashier handed it to me, I asked if the potato chip was unsalted and she replied that it did have salt. I told her that my order was unsalted to which she replied that that’s what it was, meaning that I had to grab it. So I asked her that I needed an unsalted one to which she took it back and the manager without thinking just grabbed the fries and put it back in a basket just to heat it up. I told her that I wanted a new one freshly cooked. When the new fry came out, they put it on the same side where they already had the salted fries, which is not correct because they should have a tray specifically for unsalted fries. The cashier brought it and just put it on the front counter with a bad attitude and didn’t even call my number or say here is your order… a very bad experience really and it’s not the first time this has happened to me here at this location.

Awful staff at the counter, didn’t see her name tag but it’s an Asian woman. Just snappy attitude, she snapped at me asking if it’s a mobile order. Then I asked her for a cup for my order because she never gave me one and then said she thought she did. I told her to come to my table to look for herself. if you’re unhappy to work at McDonalds don’t bring the attitude to work. You made this lunch the unhappiest experience!
