Food was fine. Staff was friendly. They were out of French toast sticks and while there they ran out of hash browns and eggs all by 8:30am.
The restaurant, bathrooms and playplace were all disgustingly dirty. Everything needs a deep clean.

Ordering was a struggle to get kids meal fries subbed for apple sauce. Then the employee entered a combo twice, requiring a manager to clear one of them out. Then we get to the play place and the whole room doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in 3 years. The floor is black from grease from the dining area. Tables were dirty. I was scared to touch anything. When we got our food, the whole kids meal was missing. Staff addressed it quickly and politely, but this experience has been negative from start to finish. Probably not coming back to this facility again. It’s a shame, as this play place is massive and our kids love it!

Like other Clark Lane fast food joints, this Burger Ring is run terribly. Long waits for mobile orders, some of the staff are unfriendly, and 9/10 times my order is missing SEVERAL items. Kids meals almost never come with all items. Often, they will be out of something and just won’t tell you or give you an alternative unless you go in and ask. On one occasion, they forgot two entire chicken sandwiches. On another, a staff member made me the wrong food, then accused me of scamming them when I came back to get the correct order.

Hands down the worst drive through experience of all time. Saw three people quit their job there and walk out while waiting. I was in the drive thru for 38 minutes before I finally had to go inside. Took a couple more minutes after that to even get anyone’s attention. Waiting for my first child to be born felt shorter. I award them no points, and may God mercy on their souls.

you guys gave us a real good experience. we visited this morning, the staffs were kind. the biscuits were yummy, hash browns were crispy and those were in nice shape. we’ve never got like these well stacked up biscuit before. thank you!

I notified the counter service attendant that I also had a pickup that I’d accidentally processed for drive thru, however had already placed pickup orders for counter pick up so inquired if I could also pick the drive thru order up at the counter instead. The attendant muttered and mumbled a lot of stuff but made clear when she said I needed to go through the drive thru to pick that part of my order up. She would not face me, and as I said, she muttered the other verbiage under her breath. She was very insulting in her aggressive mannerisms as well. When I finally picked up my food through the drive thru, the “manager” seemed surprised and apologetic, however I’ve seen these same two personnel behave this way in the past, except that time they aggressively bulled over the customer until the customer relented and gave in. I will never visit this Burger King again, but am in strong consideration of never visiting another Burger King again in the future if these two are not stopped. They are bullies to the customers, and that’s a terrible image for your already struggling company…

I was there with my daughter. She was playing in the play room with other little kids. Monique was great she came out during a break and chased the kids around and they loved it. She was wonderful. I had a pleasant experience there.
