Had to return food due to missing items on each meal. Manager Kimberly was very rude didnt speak. Dont apologize, didnt greet me, and took the food out of my hands without allowing me to hand it over. I called previous to coming back up there and a male answered and said they were manager which was a lie because when I got there Kimberly was the manager with the uniform on. So how would I have known she knew me and my issue if she didnt greet me ask or talk to me not once if I spoke to a male? I then asked what inconvenience do they offer she said none we made everything fresh.. My food came came fresh to begin with and anybody else who order the food is supposed to be fresh anyways thats not an inconvenience redemption when I had to get home and realized they had no nuggets and no juice for my kids food. I had to go all the way back this location was in Oviedo and I live in Winter Springs I was passing through they inconvenienced me had a attitude and didnt apologize or accommodate not once on top of being passing aggressive and taking food out of my hands.
The male on that shift who answered my call and Kimberly both needs to be addressed by higher up. I’ve called customer service. And submitted an online complaint and now I’m emailing because no one deserves to be treated like this when their food was MISSING MULTIPLE ITEMS.

My order took 20 minutes to complete, you would think that this was the first time this restaurant had ever run a lunch
Food came out like warm not hot and fresh as the long time would have suggested.
The only redeeming quality is the gentleman they brought my food out Curbside. Ayden was awesome. Apologized gave me a fist bump.
Give that man some credit where it’s deserved.
Unfortunately the food situation, not so good.

Just went to drive through they asked to go to a spot and waited. I get home and we’re missing a burger we ordered. Then I ordered my snack wrap with no lettuce and the receipt on them says it hey they both had lettuce on it. How hard can it be to get an order right?!!

If I could rate this place a negative i really would. A -50. Courtney ,at the window specifically handled a very simple job and managed to flip it upside and side ways and I explained that we were in a rush to go to the hospital. Prolonging our meal wait even longer than what it needed. Poor service truly.

Took my family here and couple of weeks ago because we haven’t been to a McDonald’s in awhile. Considering they’ve all pretty much reno’d and quality has gone down at most of them.
But this one wasn’t so bad, service was quick, food was fresh, and there was an employee walking around the dining area asking if everything was ok and refilled drinks.
I’ll give it another try and see if it was just a fluke as I’m not fond of how they made the customer service isolated to customers in most McDonald’s.

What can you say it’s McDonald’s. I to purchase my McRib meal. It’s back for a little bit of time anyway. The only problem I had was trying to get my receipt. The manager took care of me and my daughter. What was kind of upset that I asked her for the receipt. Being that machine ran out of paper. She was hesitating to give me the receipt. I use it for the app fetch rewards. I finally got it but after asking so many times. Food is okay it’s a fast food place. And dining area was nice and clean so we sat down and ate. If people don’t like really working there, then they shouldn’t be. It was an older lady. Probably forced to work again. Otherwise they were okay and actually a young gentleman came and brought me the receipt

Tell me why I’m in the drive through, and me and my family have single item mobile orders, (3 in total) and I was told we could only do two and would have to either come back around or come inside for our third order . The manager at the window was nice though

Make sure to check your order if going through the drive through. They get the order wrong every time, multiple visits and they will give you the wrong sandwich sometimes, other times switch the fries out for another side. Seems like they just make up their own orders as they go.
