One of my favorite fast food restaurants that exist. Seriously delicious food. Every time I visit the Rio Grande Valley, this is a must stop!
This location had good service and a bunch of local, friendly customers inside. The restaurant was very clean too!

Picture describes everything. Very disappointed. Seriously if customers are paying for something, customer are expecting what they are paying for. Last time I delete my review cause this is the only store they always forget items. I gave them another chance and now little bit of food.

We’ve been to this location many times and we’ve always had friendly and courteous service, EXCEPT tonight. The cashier brought our menudo order to the table and accidentally spilled it right by my father-in-law’s wheelchair. She apologized and said she’d be right back with the tortillas for our food. She never came back. I went up to the counter to ask her for the tortillas but she deliberately ignored me so she could finish a conversation she was having with a coworker. She literally took a step towards the register then turned back to say something to her coworker, then she’d take another step towards register only to pause and say something else to the other girl. This went on for several minutes while I waited at the counter for her to tend to my request. When she finally made I contact with me I reminded her that we were still waiting on the use tortillas for the menudo. She immediately looked at a guy near her and told him to take tortillas to our table. Nothing was said to me so I walked back to our table. That’s when I noticed all the menudo juice that she had spilled earlier. It was so close to the walker. Thank God my father in law was not burned and that the walker was not stained. I turned back to the counter and there she was with her back to me still talking to the other girl who was still busy doing her own thing and clearly all the way across the room from this girl. I called to the cashier and she quickly turned to look at me, seemingly bothered by my interrupting of her conversation. I told her she needed to go clean the mess she had made right next to my father in law and her response was unbelievably uncalled for and down right rude. She said “ORITA VOY. ORITA VOY. QUE NO ESTOY NOMAS ASIENDOME LA LOCA!”
I couldn’t believe the disrespect coming out of this girl. I couldn’t go further with this issue because my father in law is in his late 80’s, a retired veteran and I was not about to make a scene around him.
But this needs to be addressed. She was way too rude to a costumer and there was no reason for it. Then to top it all off, the spill stayed there the entire time our visit. No one ever cleaned it up. So imagine that. An 88 year old Korean War Veteran, sitting there trying to enjoy his meal with a huge puddle of menu de spilled right by his walker the entire time. Unacceptable Taco P.

the place was so busy both interior and outer I or as week as the drive thru. But despite the fact everything was well organized, cleaned and very well managed. Claudia was of much help, very attentive respectful woman. This has been the only taco palenque that ive seen so far have everything in the salsa bar and with no mess. She was very attentive of the bar and kept restocking when needed. I saw all ordered being taken away as soon as they came out 100/10 place

As years have passed the quality of the food as much as the service have declined, but tonight of all nights has been the worst. Food was cold, fideo was cold, tacos were cold that the cheese hadn’t even melted. As i spoke with the manager she did redo the order, but this location seems to always have issues. Workers that are sick need to wear masks when working with food, it’s just common courtesy. I really hope this doesn’t make us sick tomorrow

Never been there, however high reviews, great selection of meals, nice salsa bar with freshly made chips. Elotes were a bit spicy, but good. Ordered Chicken Panchito, small order of Panchos, it was great, well balanced. Place was clean, staff very friendly.

Wasted 25 minutes of my lunch waiting for food… no problem. Spent $40 for 2 orders of sirlon tacos with queso Fresco and guacamole(each $2.80)… no problem. They put the wrong cheese and a tiny amount of guacamole because it’s apparently sold by the oz. I call and get in contact with Oscar and he offers a new order for free with a dessert for the inconvenience, super great! I go to pick up the order and he is not there and I get questioned again and get nasty stares and eye rolls. If you offer a solution to a customer after messing up an order at least try to fake a smile and help the customer. Food is great.. fix ur customer service. Get ur orders right the first time and maybe you won’t have customers calling back in the first place.
