I always order online for maximum savings but I will not return to this location even if it’s the last one standing in El Paso. I ordered 2 tacos, a grilled cheese and a grilled chicken Caesar wrap, one taco didn’t have cheese and one did, how could you forget about a taco and if so why not double check and make sure it’s there. Grilled cheese was a disappointment also and the manager was on his phone for 5 minutes with gloves on, I should of took a picture and sent it to the health department because why are you on your phone next to the fryers and then proceeds to making my order without changing gloves and washing his hands. If it wasn’t for the discounts you’d have one star.

So the atmosphere was amazing but I couldn’t tell you about the service or food because I didn’t know about the deals they weren’t on the menu it would help if the deals where on the menu in side and out. But other then that it was very clean and they were very nice.

We came here 15 years ago just to grab a bite to eat on our lunch brake and 13 buses that got washed as just co-workers and now we have been married 10 years and still happy best friends! Tiny loaded tacos were ok but too much sauce was dumped on them. It was overpowering. They forgot my avocado sauce which was ok. However, the rude drive thru guy forgot to give me my debit card and no receipt back. I had to walk into the restaurant and ask for my card back. Y’all need better staff, all the reviews about rude staff are true.

Jack in the box is always a safe choice but since I started working on this side of town I’ve been here twice and both times my order was messed up. I left work because the order I had placed from another restaurant messed up and they put cheese in it so I was like I’ll just go get some tacos, I said “only lettuce” receipt says no sauce and no cheese and guess what was there when I get to work. Cheese. I can’t eat it so here another meal ruined.
So food good but not so much if you need something different than how it comes off the menu
