UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AT MCDONALD’S (1/15/2026, 7:30 pm)

I’m still fuming about my experience at the McDonald’s location tonight. The lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was open. According to the sign on the door, the lobby is supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. I asked the manager why I couldn’t come in, and instead of getting an explanation, I got yelled at. When I asked a simple question, the manager got angry and told me I had to stand outside in 20° weather to place my order.

As a truck driver, my rig can’t fit through the drive-thru, so I was stuck. It’s ridiculous that the manager didn’t offer any explanation or accommodation. It’s clear they prioritize profits over people. Shame on McDonald’s for employing managers who treat customers like this. Worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time.

Recently my sister was taking our family’s order at the drive through, the person taking our order had some difficulty hearing her so they made us go to the window, she ordered two chicken nugget meals (one being a M and another a L) and then just an extra Mchicken and a Oreo mcFlurry, they charged us 53 for those orders, my sister was confused but we let it slide. Once we reached the second window they gave us DOUBLED of what we asked for, we told them that we didn’t order this much food and it lead to a lot of confusion, the managers and the other staff were nice. But for all of this we only got $3 from this mistake. My sister and mom was ok with everything but its frustrating how they had to pay double of what we asked for.

I ordered three $5 meals, and I was supposed to get a sauce for each one. The girl at the window was really rude. Then the manager started telling the girl in Spanish to charge me. I asked for her name multiple times and she said no at first. Her name was Ixel or something like that. She came and told me that I have to pay for the sauces with a horrible attitude. I don’t mind paying for them at all, but I told her I ordered at the drive-thru, so they should have charged me there. The way she approached me was really rude. I told her there’s no need to have that attitude over some sauces, and I can pay for them even though I was supposed to have one free for each meal. ( plus no hat no gloves and nails bagging my food?)
What a great “customer service” and “managers” y’all have.

whats the point of ordering breakfast before their cut off time, just to get there and have them not even begin to make my food even though i stated i was already there and my order had been in well over 10 minutes. person misinformed us regarding the cancellation and refunding of my order as well, saying it would come back in an hour or two after he doesn’t accept the order (again WHY DID YOU NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER WHEN IT CAME IN BEFORE BREAKFAST ENDED????), just for me to go back into the app 10 minutes after leaving, its still open on it with the drive thru code, so i had to manually cancel it myself and it told me that i would get my refund back within 7 DAYS. not 1-2 hours. it seems like i was refused service because of their choice and now im out money for 7 days? just because you guys prematurely started transitioning your food over from breakfast to lunch and didn’t feel like fulfilling an order you should have BEEN accepted when it came in does not mean i should have been denied service of something that i ordered with enough time before your cut off. also who wants to eat a burger at 10:30 in the morning??? mcdonald’s is such a joke bro.

Dirty dirty place,They need to close this mc Donald very dirty unsanitary all the employees here nasty especially the older women cashiers she’s very rude to customers, employees stand there talk to each other and laugh very dirty. The mid to age white woman who I believe is a manager because she wears different clothing. Is so ungodly rude? And just a disgusting human with her attitude. I asked if there was an upcharge for me to get a pop. She rudely responded. You can get whatever drink you would like. But failed to tell me that there’s an upcharge. 11/17 time was 10:10am she worked the 1st window Definitely should rethink her position. And for McDonald’s itself, now, all of a sudden, there’s an upgrade
When you get a pop with breakfast. Are you kidding me right now? Not everybody drinks coffee shame on you, disgusting, you are a multi million dollar company and you have to charge and upgrade fee.Shame on you.

I want to share my bad experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an online order and, even though it was already paid for, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my food. When I got to the window, I ordered fries and a Coca-Cola, paid for them, and the employee confirmed the purchase.

After paying, they suddenly claimed the fries and drink were not paid for and refused to give them to me, even though I had already paid. Not only did they waste my time, but they also showed poor organization and terrible customer service.

It is unacceptable to pay for something and then be denied what you purchased. Because of this experience, I am seriously considering not returning to this McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s is literally the worst. Never get an order correct, food is always cold, and the people that work there are rude and don’t care about the job.
