Front counter girls were very bubbly and professional. BUT, there was another gentleman working with them maybe mid 30s, brown hair, beard, maybe middle eastern decent….either way, for whatever reason he became very upset and started berating his coworkers. I’m not sure what exactly was going on, but that dude needs to learn to calm down, take a deep breath, and keep the atmosphere in the restaurant calm. Besides him, the food and service were great!

My favorite Sammie shop ever. First went here in the early nineties as a teen. I was already looking towards food service for a career. That bread is amazing today as it was then. I can still eat the large original in one sitting. And they have great pickled jalapenos. I’m the guy who always asks for more than anyone has ever seen on a sandwich before.

I want to give a shout out to the staff working tonight 11/3, “national sandwich day.” We placed our order for 6p, when we arrived it was insanely busy. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed and acknowledged, she let us know it would be a good bit longer and was very kind even though obviously stressed. I watched probably 25-30, if not more, receipts print for incoming orders while waiting. With it being as crazy as it was, they were still busting out food left and right, and each family waiting was handed several bags. Our food was consistent with the Schlotzsky’s I know and love, meat portions were good, and it was made nicely not thrown together. 10/10!

Seriously, you guys should be embarrassed! I ordered a sandwich (which was fine) and “pecan center of the roll” thru Grubhub. When I opened the cinnamon roll it was absolutely disgusting looking. It was like something my 1 year old chewed up and spit out. I don’t know if you guys thought chopping up a regular cinnamon roll and trying to pretend it was the center of the roll would suffice but it didn’t. Absolutely disgusting and poor taste on your part. You could’ve just put a regular roll in there if you didn’t have the other available.

So this Schlotzskys is absolutely the rudest location. We got a door dash order, realized immediately we didn’t have our drinks. Grab the driver who only speaks Spanish. Tell him in Spanish hey we don’t have our drinks. He goes back to the store.
Paul and the management team would not help him. Literally in the store trying to get it, Paul would not help them until I had to get dressed and start my car to go down there Got them both on the phone at the same time.
The entire time he (Paul) is saying offensive things towards people of a different nationality than his own. (Paul is Indian). This lack of care of the order, hard headed, judgemental attitude is absolutely terrible. I use to love this location. But spending over an hour and some change on the phone to get my drinks delivered because Pauk didn’t want to make them or put forth any effort besides telling me to come down when the driver is literally there. Is unacceptable. I will never use Schlotzkys again because of Paul and his discriminatory attitude and lack of care

When you pay for extra turkey on two sandwiches because this location is famous for shorting the turkey and the bill is $42 for those and a cookie ….. and don’t get enough turkey on either…… We drove out of our way cuz the razor location wasn’t open yet hoping we could buy our way into a healthy helping and tipped 20% and we will never be back. Lame.

Thank goodness for the crew that actually stayed past their closing hours to help me and my babies get some food when it was last minute! they didn’t act like they were rushed, they didn’t act rude I was very very impressed and beyond grateful! The food was Top Notch like always and I just am super thankful and grateful to the team there who made sure my babies and i could get some good food in our bellies
