This Culvers has the nicest servers and the food is far superior to my local Culvers. I had the Strawberry Fields Salad with Grilled Chicken and it was light years better than what we’re offered back home. The chicken was moist, not a dried out piece of leather and the salad looked fresh. Keep up the good work!

This blonde girl slammed my ice cream on the table and yanked the number off the table and didn’t say anything at all. No smile. Just walked away. Was kind to other people but ignored us. Otherwise, the service was great.

Ordered a regular chicken sandwich with just mayo and American cheese added, a cheese curd and ranch. The sandwich was spicy, didn’t have cheese, was loaded with lettuce, pickle, tomato, and there was no ranch. Didn’t check until I was home. I was the only one there so I figured such a simple order would be right lol, I asked them to do less.

Although I have visited culvers many times, it was my first ordering anything other than burger or custard. The fish was ok, not good or bad. I have never been a fan of those crinkle fries, reminds of public school lunch. I ordered a fish sandwich meal that thing was $11.47. They used a ripped bun to make my sandwich, darn kids don’t seem to care. I wanted to give a 2 1/2 stars because it was halfway there, but these stars are averaged.

Horrible experience. I had my wife stop and buy a shake. The line was extremely long (which is to be expected at times).
By the time she reached the cashier, she found out that the order was never sent to the cashier.
She had to wait in another line (somewhat annoyed, but not really angry). Well, long story short, while sitting here at home about to enjoy my shake, I found out that the texture is so soupy that I can pour it out like milk.
Now I am angry. This is totally unacceptable. While I do realize that there are some extremely busy times at this location, it is still not an excuse for poor quality food and service.
The only reason that I didn’t go back is that it’s getting a little late, and I didn’t feel like taking the drive.
