This store should be shut down! The quality of food this place makes I wouldn’t feed to my dog! The employees are lazy and give attitude just doing their basic job! Tell you to shut up and hang up if they even answer! Burnt meat, hard buns old food being served. Fries so hard they don’t even break in half! The food I got looks like they took everything they dropped on the floor and actually made our meal out of it!! This place needs the health department to come and check it out!

Went thru the drive thru, had to wait no less than 5 minutes for my chicken wrap. The tortilla was cold, so was the chicken. And there was a long blonde hair in my wrap. So nasty! The workers were just walking around looking lost. I honestly think they forgot about me. It’s cool. Don’t think I’ll be going back. P.s it was the evening crew 11-11-25.

They’re always out of EVERYTHING! That signifies poor management!
The staff generally seems bothered by the existence of customers trying to order on every visit. Lots of sighs and scoffs at the speaker box. My order is NEVER right and I’m constantly missing items.
I’m SO glad these locations are going out of business!! It’s a wonder how they stayed in business this long!

I ordered two Dave’s doubles combos, the fries was cold, the worker told us to pull around the front and gave new fries, or so we thought, once I got hone the fries still tasted old! When I dumped the box it was bits and pieces of fries looks like left overs or the fries they normally would throw in the trash. Called no answer I’m going to contact corporate about this.

I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s for anyone to try or to attempt to get your order. Make sure your tank is full when you get in the drive through you’ll be waiting at a minimum 15 minutes. If you expect to get your order guess again. You’ll get an order but it won’t be correct. This place needs a major overhaul when it comes to staff and management. I’m sure there are employees that are trying but the overall operation is a mess. I won’t usually post a negative review as I just wouldn’t return to the establishment but this location is in need of help.

I went through the drive-through. I ordered a bacon meal and a double junior bacon cheeseburger meal. They then ask if I wanted anything else and I said I wanted ketchup and mustard. I did not get the ketchup and mustard or napkins. Check your orders the bare minimum is all these guys will do and they won’t check to make sure they even if they did that
I spoke to the manager after I was home and dissatisfied and got a very disinterested and lame response. I had to remind them that that is not good service whereby they just repeated the words. I’m sorry you didn’t get good service, which is what I told them they needed to say
This is a bare minimum establishment and if you don’t double check, you won’t get what you want

They close whenever they want. Run out of food. Online they say they close at 11pm. But today I got here at 10:20 pm and was told that they only service doordash and ubereats till 11pm. The staff is very rude, at all times. I hope this location is one of the ones they close down.

Waited in drive through for 15 mins. I got home with my order and it was the wrong one. No chicken classic. The fries are burnt to a crisp. Really dissatisfied with the whole experience.

The drive thru is fast and the employees are very polite! Brand new Wendy’s on East Tudor! The food tastes great including the desserts. Come inside and relax, it’s really nice in here. There is a TV in here too!

The service is absolutely terrible. The staff simply pretends not to notice you. Orders take a long time to process. The manager pretends not to notice the line and that no one is working. There were times when there was no one in the kitchen at all. I want to point out that this all happens during rush hour. Furthermore, they mark unfulfilled orders as completed so that the system shows everything as completed on time.
