Went to the Subway in Warroad yesterday. Brian was the only worker and he was busy! We ate inside and the entire time he had approximately 3 people in line. He was definitely working hard and kept apologizing for the wait which I didn’t find necessary at all! He was busting out sandwiches as fast as possible! Subway needs more employees like Brian!

Order 20 min before lunch , my lunch is at 11:50 . Food was suppose be done at 12:05. Even after getting there and ordering ahead of time food was not done . If you don’t tip they will not prioritize your order. I had cash tip . Didn’t get my food til 12:15 . Leaving 5 min to eat lunch and get back to work!!!

I did an online order so that I wouldn’t have to wait, but when I got there, not only wasn’t it done on time, but they continued to do all the orders of the people in line while casting the online orders aside. I got my food, over 15 minutes later than I should’ve, and head straight home. I opened it only for the meat was still cold, and the bread was soggy after they toasted it, meaning the meat was frozen or not thawed enough. I got a refund, but I do not recommend eating here!

I try over and over, and they either don’t toast our sandwiches, they continues to forget to add bacon or avocado when we online order, and they never give silverware. They use to be so good at this location I font know what happened

Every time I have ordered there has been misplaced thing or something way completely missing, not to mention the amount of times I have gone in and found an employ licking his fingers while cutting the “fresh meat” .. it’s gross. Pull yourselves together gosh.

This place doesn’t deserve a one star rating. All I have to say is they’re obviously desperate for workers because those two guys working were as clueless as they come. I could write a book on how bad this experience was, but I’ll stop here and say I’d avoid this place at all costs.

Employee that made the two meatball subs I ordered, obviously doesn’t eat them or wasn’t taught how to correctly make them. Went out of his way to get the minimal amount of sauce as possible onto the sandwiches. They were a dry disappointment.
I’m thinking he was Obviously distracted while talking to his numerous friends hanging out, while working. Can’t wait to visit the store again.

Service was unacceptable. Sandwiches were not toasted as we asked for them on line. It took approx 10 min per sandwich. I will NOT BE using this subway again. Only 1 person running the gas station AND subway. This was a Sunday night 3/6/22

You guys know how subway work and what they do. Nothing different here in that regard. I’d love something new tho. They did give us 3 or 4 new sandwiches but for the sizes of them the price is to high. I wouldn’t mind if they introduced a new breaded chicken sandwich..let’s work on that, huh?
