I go to Freddys fairly often and although I live in Caldwell and the Caldwell location is literally right down the road from my house I always drive to the Nampa location. The atmosphere there is amazing, the food is always excellent and I do mean always and I’ve never been treated less than top tier by the staff. The manager, Ju, is amazing! Every place needs a Ju. She can’t be topped. And one of the cashiers, Anna, is always incredible. She seems to always know exactly what she is doing. She is very professional and very courteous. I love this Fredddys and intend on making many more returns!

Fail. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a primerib steak burger (and some cheese curds)
This is what I got.
If you’re out of things, cool, just say so. Don’t charge me for a primerib steak burger and give me a patty and bacon on white bread.
Ridiculous!

Absolutely brilliant concrete. So rich and tasty. Will be back FOR SURE. Cheese curds were a little salty, but I’m sensitive to sodium. They were very squeaky and cheesy.

Food was cold, fries were slimy. When asking the workers about our order they stated “we loaded you up with your sauce” Instead of having the order prepared I was instructed to get my own drinks even though there was a sealed bag with my food and I didn’t receive a single sauce that I ordered but many others that I definitely didn’t order. When I called a girl answered and lied to me by saying that the sauce I ordered was unavailable and when I asked to speak to a manager she lied again saying she was a manager. When I caught her in a lie she put me on hold and then put an actual manager on the phone who actually seemed to care about doing the right thing. I asked about my order and he confirmed the sauce was absolutely available and that he couldn’t explain why the previous person lied or why my order was shorted and incorrect. I was already 10 miles away at home but they offered me an ice cream. That doesn’t help me when my child wants the sauce that’s missing and the fries are slimy, cold and just not even warm after arguing on the phone. After spending 10 minutes on the phone dealing with this my food was also ice cold. All in all the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, and sadly at my favorite place to eat, Freddy’s. I’m debating if I ever return since they we’re absolutely dishonest and unwilling to help until I pushed up the chain of command.

We dine at Freddy’s from time to time and typically enjoy a great experience. However, tonight was exceptional, thanks to Sophia. She was not only friendly and engaging, but also incredibly helpful. She truly went above and beyond to assist me in deciding what to order. All the staff we encountered were kind and professional, but Sophia really stood out.

The owner (I think) was there when I was and he was chatting with all the customers and gave a few free ice creams. I could see his presence wearing off on the other associates. They were very friendly and gave some free ice cream to a little girl (I’m assuming with permission). Very good atmosphere. The food was the same solid Freddy’s as always.

Best Freddys.. took my daughter there after gymnastics at sparkzone right around the corner.. food was fantastic and the kids meal with custard ice cream…
But here is the best part.. it was evening and I was carrying my daughter out.. and i left my wallet there, and did not realize until the next morning I had left it.. I called and they answered prior to opening and returned the wallet with everything in it.. kudos to the management and staff for creating a great culture!!

So once again giving a review on the Nampa Id location… I came back again 2 weeks later because for 1 we love the food, the burgers are amazing and juicy & for 2 we had to use our $15 off code that was emailed to use from our last visit because of a few simple mistakes that were made. This time coming back again there were a few minor mistakes made so we called again to let them know & once again they were very friendly about it & emailed me a free combo meal for my next visit so that was nice because some could say you’re just making this up at this point but they believed me & it was nice to be believed & treated nicely about the situation!!! Thank you staff for being so understanding!!!

I usually have a great experience at this location, but today I’m not sure what happened. I’ve gotten chili fries hundreds of times and they always fill the deal up. This is what I got today. Thats not even a small order if fries, it’s like half a small. Then they threw it in the bag on its side and it leaked all over everything. Not happy
